Moe's Southwest Grill

I moved down here from Chicago, but on vacation one time found a Moe's in Jacksonville and I was hooked! My son was super little, but he heard it one time and started yelling it out to everyone who came in was the cutest thing ever! Still does it too, 20 years old and can't wait to say it again!

Half of the order missing. Uber pick up. I arrived at store. Identified myself by name and online order. Employee pointed at waiting order and said”this is yours”… my mistake assuming it was complete. When i called, the implication given is that it was my fault……

So whenever I get more I usually go to this location and they’re great. Today I was stopping in to get some chips, queso, guac & salsa for a party. The young man working there (9/13 around 11:15am) was extremely helpful and so kind! He let me know that I could save money by making them meals, hooked me up the fullest bag of chips, and gave me a cup bowl to put salsa in. He also thought ahead and got me a cup holder. So I just wanted to say kudos to that young mane and moes. Thank you for being so awesome, helpful and kind. Made my day.

all the drinks taste like garbage the only decent one is coke

Your manager has a terrible attitude. No wonder the store is empty. Terrible food and even worse service. Wont be back to this Moes ever again. Worst moes experience yet.

Made an online order and had to wait an hour for them to call me and say they were out of the meat I ordered.

An employee, presumably the manager, interrupted the team member making my bowl to have him read and sign something, sticking her ungloved thumb into my bowl and slid it out of the way. She then denied doing it immediately after I pointed out what just happened. The lack of personal accountability has just created a new 3Peppers customer :)

Nicest moes I have been too staff was so nice and Friendly the chips were fresh definitely recommend this moes if you are in the area

I went in there and there was 1 person on line and like 4 people eating. After the employee was done with the 1 person ahead of me, he told me its gonna be a while and then proceeded to make online orders. So i just went next door to McAllisters. 0/10

$17 for two tacos and a side of queso is crazy. Quality and price don’t match

No straws and not because they were out but because they were “done” for the day and would do it at the end. Out of almost everything pretty nonchalant about it as well, which kind of annoyed me. And then my food had just all this old chicken and rice in it. It did not taste fresh. Thank you for making it clear that chipotle is the superior restaurant because I’m never come back to this place, not that they care because it took them 10 minutes to even greet me

They like to clean and close their grill and stove top a hour before they close so you can’t get half the menu items. Go to another location.
