This review has nothing to do with the food. EVERYTHING to do with their PHONE!!! We placed an order online and accidently did not change our pick up time and upon hitting enter to place order realized this mistake. We immediately started calling them to change the time. After calling for 25 minutes we gave up and went to pick up the dinner 2 hours earlier then we wanted. When we got there and picked up the order we asked the them if their phone worked. They informed us that their phone DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!! WTH! How do you have a business and the phones don't work?? Very frustrating.

Please do everyone a favor and and leave your open sign off, until you're actually open. It can be seen from the road, and with all of the construction traffic going on out front, turning in to grab lunch, only to find out you're closed, is a 15 minute set back to get back headed in the right direction. I pointed that out to the employees in the restaurant and they did nothing. Still left the open sign on.

Terrible customer service!!!!!!!fiancé unloaded our 2 under 2 walked in to get told grills were already cleaned 45 minutes before closing. Called got hung up on twice by night manager.will be calling corporate tmrw sad they are ruining an awesome chain.

I used to go to moes all the time and they used to pile bowls and burritos full of stuff I just went and got a bowl and it's not even a third of the way filled. Very upset about how moes has reduced portions. I'm honestly pissed about the experience and the lady was

Kristlyn was absolutely fantastic. Moe’s is very lucky to have her. She is destined for greater things. She was patient and kind as I was a single mom with my picky toddler asking many questions. I would come back here just for her! 10/10 would hire her myself. She’s a true gem.

Place was clean, definitely understaffed, which isn't the employees fault. However, I ordered a Homewrecker burrito. It says on the menu, and the online one, guac is included. They charged me for guac. I mentioned that guac should be included, the lady at the register just looked confused, the manager rolled her eyes and guess what? Still paid for the guac even though it should have been free since I got the Homewrecker.
Asked to make sure any of the food was not to spicy assured it wasnt.....wrong.

Had a mommy-son date with my 10 month old and we had a great time. We missed the lunch rush so we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. The staff was so friendly to my baby boy. The food was FRESHLY made and well stocked and of course delicious ?. There are lots of options to choose from and plenty of healthy vegetarian choices for your and your little ones to enjoy. They even helped out this tired mama and gave me a small cup of corn because I was dumb and put jalepenos all over my Homewrecker Bowl burning my son's mouth when I tried to share with him ??♀️.For a place that just got done with a lunch rush, it was pretty clean! ??? the tables, the floors, the food area and even the salsa bar. I was impressed & thought they must've changed their store hours and opened in the last 10 minutes.My son wanted to walk around and explore and there were moments he tried to go too far away from mama and the staff was kind enough to gently guide him back closer to me. Which was great for me because I wasn't even paying attention since the food was so good ?Will definitely be coming back ??Kid-friendliness: Great for taking your kids & having a nice meal together. If you have little ones, they have some high chairs for them to sit in which was super helpful. And if you have little ones that like to walk around like mine, the atmosphere is safe and friendly for them to explore around. Plus the staff members are paying attention (in case you're not ?) and they won't let your little one run too far away from their parents. ???
I will NEVER eat at this moes again! No cups for water. Then they want to charge you for a drink, but they "don't " have a small size. (Only a kids size).... So they get you for a medium. 5 star customer service.Congratulations you lose another customer.First my dad months ago. Now me too.
