Moe's Southwest Grill

First time I've ever ate at Moe's the food was excellent the service was superb and I would recommend to all my friends and family. I'm going to look for a location in Salt Lake hopefully they have one.

Everyone here is so nice! Stopped in for tacos and both people working had such positive energy and were just nice. I left in a better mood than I walked in.

Great experience! My son and I came in for dinner tonight. I mostly enjoyed the cleanliness of the place and the friendly staff. Ananicia (I know I spelled her name wrong) was so professional and sweet. When we entered it was super busy, but she acknowledged us and assured us that we would be taken care of shortly. I noticed that she does a great job managing the workload with the customers ordering in person and those who were there to pick up their pre-order. This was why it didn't take too long to get our food even though they were slammed! We will be back!

It has been years since I have eaten at Moe's. I had a Homewrecker burrito. I remember the burrito better than it actually was. Too much chili powder taste in the beef. I will likely never eat at Moe's again. The service was good.

I placed an order for pickup. 1 steak burrito, 1 bottle of coke, sweet tea fountain drink, chips and salsa. I pickup my order. They give me an empty cup and tell me there no more sweet tea. No biggie I pour dr pepper and go to my car. I check bag and there’s no salsa for my chips. Go back inside and they give it to me no problem. Arrive to my hotel and come to realize the coke bottle in the bag is Coke Zero sugar. Ok fine. Chips & salsa were below average. Then I’m eating my burrito. Halfway through my burrito I haven’t tasted steak yet. Maybe they suck at wrapping burritos and it’s all the way at the bottom. I have now eaten 100% of my burrito with NO STEAK IN IT. I’ve never had such a bad experience.

Whoever was working today was extremely careless and rude… laughing and socializing with coworker instead of being attentive to those who were ordering. Also very low spoken. Food is alright but customer service was not great.

Clearly the team working the store on the day of my visit was having issues. I'll definitely give some slack as this was only four days after hurricane Milton. However, if there weren't enough people around to properly man the store, perhaps management should have considered shorter hours and proper staffing.

Both behind the counter and all around the dining area, things were a mess. Despite that I watched in amazement as one young employee finished the order for the person behind me and then proceeded to go to the back of the store (I guess it's a prep area) and stare at his phone. No idea why there wasn't a single employee concerned about cleaning the place up.

Come on management. Think outside the box for creating a better work and customer experience during times like these.

Shame because I really used to love Moe's. Now the food is not fresh, old wilted and brown lettuce.
Had to wait 3-5 min for the workers to acknowledge me while they were sitting in a booth chatting and no one else even in the place.
