Was the only person in line was standing there for 15 minutes. They had 4 people working 2 were just standing talking 1 was fixing an online order and the other did his best not to make eye contact with me smh . They all knew I was there just didn’t care . It’s said this Moe’s used to be the best in the state of Florida. But now It’s not worth going to .

While dining in, my son had gotten sick and was very fussy. One of the employees came over and gave my son stickers and continued to help me clean his throw up. Don’t worry she washed her hands afterwards, but my perspective is I would love and continue to come back just from her friendliness. Thank you for making a terrible situation suck less.

Food is great. The salsa bar is fun. They give you a lot of chips when you order chips and salsa or the queso. The queso is literally drinkable it's so good. It is similar to Chipotle. More options though. The tortillas are better than Chipotle.

Moe's was delish ! We came here to grab a quick bite with the family then crossed the Rd shame shopping center to Menchie's where we had dessert and the best frozen yogurt ever . We do this all the time and we absolutely love both places . Keep up the good work

I've been a lover of moes since day 1, gotta say I didn't think you'd have to beg them to put a whole scoop of what your asking for. I got a stack and buddy tried to give me a pinch of cheese and a half a scoop of steak. After I asked him to fill the scoop as it should he proceeded to tell me it was 3 dollars extra. Okay whatever fine. Moving onto ordering my queso. I got a cup and dude filled it HALF WAY. I'm not paying 4 dollars for a half a cup of queso. This location has seen better days and definitely better employees. Maybe moes should pay more for some quality staff.

Not only was all the food placed under dirty covers but the food itself looked very unappetizing. My chips are completely different ages some were slightly fresh while others tasted like they’d been sitting there for days. The women who made my mean never heated my tortilla and gave me river of ranch in my food. Absolutely disgusting, the seats have dirt and dust all over them and definitely don’t plan on using the restroom if you’re there. The overweight women working was very rude aswell.

Told the manger 5 times I had a diary allergy and they put cheese on my meal twice and had to remake it until I got mad and left. Also gave us a hard time about fresh guacamole without cheese contamination. Adrian the night shift manager is no common sense when it comes to allergies.

I haven't been to Moes since my first date here in upstate NY while in school. Well, it's great to be back. I ordered the steak and received recommendations for sauces (Moes sauce and vinegrette) and loved it. Salsa selection remains unmatched and the energy of the staff equally exciting as I delved into my first burrito with them in some time. I was missing over half of the ingredients in my take out order. I paid for extra chicken and didn't receive extra. No beans to be found. I wish I could get what I paid for.
