We used to love Moe's, but the service at this franchise was just pathetic and the food left SO much to be desired. What a shame!
Service was absolutely awful. When I arrived, staff was sitting in the back (I could see them through the window) and I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to come out and give me a half-hearted "Welcome to Moe's". No one had a mask on or their hair pulled back.
