Staff clearly didn’t arrive early to prep the store. They had no hard shell tacos for the person in front of us. Staff disappeared into the back once to get tortillas and once to get tongs. Asked twice for kids cup, but still had to get it myself. No cookies available for kids meal. Salsa bar was empty, tea wasn’t prepared, and chairs were still on all tables. My white mean chicken burrito was inedible and possibly made with the lime chicken, probably due to not having any white meat chicken ready. Chips were stale and likely day old.

Uhm wow I used to work in the service industry fast paced with 8 tables at a time ……….. I walked in with my 7 year old son granted we were the only people in the store besides the workers and there was no one behind us in line. I ordered my son for the first time a non kids menu quedilla and wasn’t aware it came with everything he just wanted chicken and cheese my son was so upset when he saw the lettuce on the grill and I menchained something to the worker if he could pick it off because my son was crying at this point because of the lettuce it was just right on top and didn’t see a problem with it? and the young kid just told me “ no” that’s it. Just “no” um ???? I could understand if he explained because of sanitary purposes but I believe the who purpose is to make the customer happy so I told him yes he will be picking it off, in the most polite way possible . This just happened today but it was so rude and inconsiderate I just can’t believe people are working with no manners what so ever . The kid was young dark black hair shaved sides and then basically ignored me the whole time after that ….. um thanks for your service lol my son liked it but my taco sucked . Thanks for the ambiance !!!

My boyfriend and I decided to try out Moe's in person instead of ordering DoorDash and we’re so glad we did! Unfortunately we did not catch the lady’s name, blond hair, gorgeous blue eyes and a pretty arm tattoo with flowers on it- but she was SO above and beyond helpful! She told us about the Wednesday deal for $5.99 if we downloaded the app, then waited patiently while we did that so she could apply our discount. We even got a free cup of queso out of it! What would have been a $60 order on DoorDash came out to $22. She was friendly and fast and just the epitome of hospitality! Oh and the food was great! We’ll be back!

I ordered takeout for my son and I and what I ordered was missing all of the 7 toppings I ordered except for 2. I’m not sure if they do not know how to read an order but the staff there at Moe’s at Gulf Coast Town Center in Ft Myers Florida needs to be retrained. If you order takeout from there please check your meal before leaving, that was my mistake. But I will never go to Moe’s again, they do not deserve my money.

I ordered from here about a month ago, the chips were STALE, the chicken in my chicken quesadilla was missing , the other ordered items were completely wrong with incorrect ingredients, the rice in my bowl was uncooked, I called with no answer whatsoever and emailed 5+ times about this. The manager Kelly called me and said she would refund me and I would receive it by the following week. I NEVER received it and called again after a few more days of waiting. Got ahold of her through her personal phone number and she said she had to talk to corporate to do the refund (so was my refund never started?!). She then said she would send me a screenshot of the confirmation (she never did). I have still been waiting for them to refund me my money and they still have not answered any of my emails. I took screenshots of the emails and recorded the conversations I had with her. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional! DO NOT TRUST, KELLY!!! They will just steal your money.

Came here with my family on 3/17 around 430pm. Ordered a quesadilla it was turned into a burrito the gentlemen didn’t even care to make a new one for me. Then the gentlemen with long hair accidentally put sour cream on my girlfriends bowl when she didn’t order it with that in it. Didn’t even offer to compensate. This location is horrible and has a horrible reputation from the brand. Food was tasteless and not fresh at all. This franchisee should be ashamed of themselves
