I walked in just after 5:00 PM while both employees were preparing a catering order. The steak was old, so I had to switch to chicken. They were also out of vegetables, even though I could see them being cooked on the griddle. I politely asked if I could wait for the vegetables and have them packaged separately since my bowls were already made, but I received no response.

When it came time to pay, the employee reached over the credit card machine to point out the 15% tip option and asked me to tip. I did. Once the vegetables were ready, the same employee had a poor attitude and tried to give me only one portion instead of the four I had ordered.

Between the attitude, lack of communication, pressure to tip, and overall food quality, the experience was extremely disappointing. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I won’t be returning.

Great and friendly staff. Never really ordered from Moe's before. Schmidley was working behind the counter and gave his opinion to put together a bowl. Great help! Personable, friendly, and also greeted people entering moes while making the bowl. Nice to see a young kid taking pride in their job. Hope management recognizes it! Good meal BTW!

Miss Blanca Castillo is always smiling and friendly. She works really hard and always makes time to greet everyone. She remembers me even when I haven’t been there for a year. She always makes sure the food is fresh especially the guacamole there. Sweet tea is actually sweet which I like. Moe’s sweet tea is the best especially with lemon! I like how they kept the old Moe’s art and still play the awesome music playlist!

If I could give this review a zero, I would! Why would you have the store open time at 10:30 and as i'm pulling away, you open the door at 10:38. Get staff who can open up the store on time!

Ordered a bowl online and picked up at a later time (3pm). When I picked up the order I was given a burrito. When asked about the order they simply gave me the paper bowl and said I could just break it down there. They did offer remaking it but in a tone that they make it sound like they don't want to remake it so to avoid problems I just accepted the paper bowl they were handing me.

Came in on Wednesday night and wasn’t expecting much, just a quick bite. Ended up having a great interaction with one of the managers, Aaron. His energy and attitude was so nice to see. Truly good person. We often go to Chipotle in Lehigh. 0 star service. Will definitely be choosing Moes over Chipotle when we can. Thanks again Aaron.

This is my favorite Moes location. The staff is very friendly, the place is generally cleaner than other locations and the food is hot, not stale and made quickly. No complaints.

Workers rude, and food was 30 minutes late. I ordered pickup and was sitting inside waiting for 30 minutes.
