Moe's Southwest Grill

Very nice store, good food, the employees are so kind and loving I enjoyed every second in this restaurant.

Just Picked up dinner for my family 3/7/25 and rice in ALL are hard as a rock- obviously old .. just wasted $30 bucks to throw it in the trash . This location used to be good but the past year it has gone way downhill . Will not be retuning .

Dried out chicken and dried out rice in my burrito. Chicken meat and rice was hard. Missing sauce in to go order. Seems like zero quality control after 8pm.

I love writing reviews of places I visit, but I’m not sure why I occasionally get asked to review somewhere I haven’t been to in a long time. I will make sure to return soon so I can provide an accurate review.

I would give it a 0 if I could. The food was overcooked, service sucked as I had to wait for staff to finish laughing at something on their phone, ya I said phone while on the front line. Place going way down in all aspects. Wouldn't go back if it was free.

Moe's is the #1 top notch burrito establishment in my eyes, and this location is no exception. Tasty fresh food every time, with loads of customizable options. Chipotle can suck it!

Terrible service. Will not be going back. Learn how to manage your fast food establishment and understand customer service. Too busy seeing staff member and baby to worry about getting the customer order right. The “Manager on duty” from this evening was disgusting, takes no personal responsibility nor apologized. Claimed she apologized over the phone when I called about the missing queso, but that was not the case. Then when we came to pick up she said they remember putting it in the bag rather than apologizing for the inconvenience.

One word....horrible...to begin no air conditioning, there's two employees one sitting at a table watching the football game. They are out of most sides. All the tables are dirty. The ice machine is not working for the soda. Then once we're ready to sit we find out they have only knives no forks.

Nina G was pretty awesome! The food was great and the atmosphere was nice.

I came in on Sunday! The food was good, I just had to wait on the steak to be cut it came straight from the grill not much of a wait though. The service was great, the staff was very nice and attentive.

From the moment you walked in this place was a disappointment… dirty, rude, old food. We had Adobe chicken that was the texture of raw chicken. Everything tasted old and bland. The floors were disgusting with water/soda all over them.

I am very disappointed at Moes, I was over charged for the Nachos $15.79 but was actually charged for stack @ $15.79 and Cost of Nachos is $10.79 (no extras). When address to the person there she said “We do not give refunds” and wanted to offer me queso in which was very lumpy and super thick (not normal) by the way, adobo chicken was very dry. They had little toppings to offer. My husband and I are frequents at this location have always been pretty good and have all topping available.

The only reason this is even getting 2 stars is because of Brittany. Nina gave me very small portions and blamed it on the company. First off, they didn't have the white meat chicken, which comes with the club quesadilla. Secondly, Nina's attitude was terrible. When I questioned why there was like 4 pieces of meat, Nina's response was a snippy "that's policy - other people must have given you too much last time" I'm sorry but why am I paying 15 for a quesadilla that has no meat on it (not to mention I had to settle for the other meat which was terrible.) When I tried to talk to her about it she was very standoffish and blunt and refused to admit I didn't have a decent portion. I believe it was because they were getting low on chicken, and the white meat was already out. Brittany was as sweet as could be and apologized and was so very kind. I will not return to this location to be treated this way. Moe's used to be our go-to place, and this is awful.
