This branch failed to deliver the items that I had ordered even after receiving a text confirming of the delivery. I waited for 6 hours for the delivery. When I called the store I was told by Christian the transport manager that he can't deliver what he does not have. He did not appear to understand or care that I received text messages confirming the delivery. I called the store again and got through to the assistant manager, she did at least apologize but had no explanation as to why I was advised that the delivery was on schedule when in reality it was not coming. In all honesty she did not care. But wait it gets better She told me that the payment would not be debited from my account, but that was also incorrected, $1565.54 was taken from my account today. I was told that PETE THOMAPSON is the manager. He never return my call. I will try to contact Mr. THOMPSON again to find what he has to say and why his branch is so poorly run. Is it Lowes policy to take money from customs account when they do not deliver the materials!!

This store is so unorganized and customer service is AWFUL! I recently purchased new appliances and it has been a nightmare trying to get them PROPERLY installed. After several attempts, The installers blame the manufacturer and the store blames the installers. While they’re passing the buck, I am just waiting and waiting to get the job done. Speaking of waiting, I have called this location MULTIPLE times to resolve this issue and repeatedly put on hold. The hold times are INSANE and that’s before the call is disconnected.????. I’ve personally went into the store because phone calls obviously do not work. I have stood in the appliance center for OVER AN HOUR before someone tended to me.I do not recommend this store unless you are an EXTREMELY patient person.

Less than 1* if available. Worst sales/customer service I've ever experienced! Purchased $10K golf cart....had to pay out of pocket $200 to have delivered 5 miles(altho some local lowes said they do deliver???), only to discover it was leaking brake fluid so obviously unusable! Was told by Loews that basically not their problem, to contact Coleman, maker of cart. Contacted them, had to fill out paperwork etc.....never heard back, waited 2 months! Loews pretty much washed their hands of this product problem and I am more than livid of their concern, help, support.....Horrible, awful business practices and will never shop there again.Update, called the number Lowes provided to 'look into this'....rep very helpful but because we did NOT purchase extended warranty (because it came with 2 year warranty, with no idea this meant Lowes was not going to help) was told to go to Coleman....here we go again, this is insane, so frustrated.

We checked in for curbside pick up…and nobody ever came outside with our item. Called the store …and nobody picked up the phone. There were other customers pulling in and out of the pick up spaces and still nobody came out with our item. Sounded like a great, convenient idea, until it wasn’t. Worthless “service”

This place almost always has what I am looking for unlike Home Depot! They are usually short of staff, but once you get hold of somebody, they’re pretty knowledgeable. Much prefer Lowe’s over Home Depot!

Five star customer service! I would give 10 if I could. Shout out to GIULS one of the managers went and hunted down a couple different products and got us exactly what we were looking for. This was at the Estero location thanks again Giuls!

Updating as staff was helpful after last visit. Though i’ve had mixed experiences with staff, including observing one employee treat another customer poorly.Lowes does need some help with their automatic checkout systems (add tap to pay), the phone system which leaves callers on hold once down a department call flow, and needs to work to bring back some premium brand names that seems to have disappeared. Klein as an example.

Serious respect for being open so soon after the hurricane, chainsaws and generators were available. Even though it was on a limited basis, let's be realistic after a category four hurricane just hit, thank you for everything you did and thank you to the employees that showed up to help us.

WOW. This was seriously amazing food. The staff was also so sweet and welcoming. Greek food is my favorite and I’ve been to Greece multiple times, and this food was easily the best Greek food I have ever had. It is a little bit on the pricey side for takeout (obviously you can eat it there too) but SOOO worth it. Get the lemon potatoes - so crispy and salty!!

OKAY if your a NYer like myself , you will appreciate the fine and wonderful food that will remind you of the classic Greek Diners we had all around us!!The food was spectacular!!! The owners were awesome too!!!I could eat here everyday !!!thank you Go Greek , thank you!!!

DELICIOUS!! Highly recommend the QUEEN platterI ate it myself but it’s lovely to share! You get a taste of all the meats and two delicious sides!

Loved this place, great Greek food, experience and quality customer service. Takes me back to Greece in the heart of SWFL. Try the gyros pita or platter and a salad.
