Every time we would drive by her food truck’s old spot on Tamiami Trail, I would pull in with my Puerto Rican friend Freddie and we would have the most tasty lunch and fun conversation. The food is authentic and perfectly prepared in the old world way. A must visit on your next breakfast or lunch.

After passing the truck a hundred times, I finally decided to give it a try....and I'm glad I did. I went with the fried pork chunks, arroz con gandules and Maduros. The lady was super friendly, I went with the large order for $16. As soon as I got my food, went to my car, I can smell the food. I already knew it was going to be good.
