We had dinner at Nonchalance Eatery last night and were absolutely blown away. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the ingredients are clearly top quality. The flavors were bold, unique, and so thoughtfully constructed, every dish felt creative and intentional.
We ordered the Adult Lunchable, Shepherds We Shall Be, Puff Puff Pie, and the Zucchini Bolo, and each one was outstanding. Every plate had its own personality, beautifully balanced flavors, and a presentation that made you excited to dig in.
We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Dan, who stopped by our table to share his take on the dishes we ordered. He’s a genuinely interesting guy with a real passion for what he creates, and it shows in every bite.
The vibe of the restaurant is a perfect blend of sophisticated, laid-back, eclectic, warm, and inviting, all wrapped together in a way that makes you want to stay awhile.
And despite the elevated creativity and quality, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable, from appetizers to entrées, everything was under $20 per plate, making the whole experience feel like an incredible value.
Nonchalance Eatery is a standout dining experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing night! The restaurant let me come in early to decorate and set up for our private dinner. We had the entire place to ourselves with a custom menu and wine tasting just for our group. The food, the vibe, and the service were all next level. It felt so special and personal. Huge thank you to my high school friend Dan and his wife Sarah who own this gem, you created the perfect evening! Can’t wait to come back! 🍷✨

Amazing food made with passion and care. Our group of 4 came in for dinner and we had fantastic time. The owners truly care about what their guests want. They made me a vegetarian dish off menu that was phenomenal, and my wife is eating her short rib leftovers for breakfast as I’m writing this. The drinks are unique and fun, appetizers are delish and the dessert options are incredible. We cannot wait to go back. Support local!!

Great food. Both my husband and I loved what we had. We ordered the Poutine which was sooo good as an appetizer. I had an excellent salad and my husband had a fish dish. The owners are a really friendly couple that are the chef and waiter. My only complaint was the location isn't great. Strip mall restaurants just lack charm no matter how hard you try to decorate it. The interior was very dark and not very appealing. It could use a makeover. But the food is so good we will definitely go back.

We have been eyeing this restaurant for months and finally got to give it a try. It completely exceeded my already high expectations! We stopped in for a lunch date today and immediately knew we made the right decision. The owner/chef was so personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food was so fresh and you can easily tell each ingredient was chosen with love and care. Fresh food prepared by people that you can easily tell genuinely care about providing you with an amazing dining experience. Easily one of Fort Myers best restaurants and an absolute can’t miss!

This was hands down the best surprise I have had in years. This is truly a family run restaurant, mom waiting tables, dad in the kitchen, kids helping out. It was so fun. The food was AMAZING. Flavors were unique twists on classics. We were visiting from out of town and we would have gone a second time if they had been open. It was that good.

I've brought several friends here and they all loved this great little hidden cafe. The made to order shoestring spiral fries are not to be missed! From the smash burger to the sandwiches and wedgies, everything has a unique twist. My new favorite lunch spot.
