I bought a cake for my dad's birthday! And even though I have the order number and a photo of the transaction from my bank, they say they don't have my order! They won't give me the cake or a SOLUTION! Terrible place!

I usually don't leave reviews but this time I had to do it. Believe me when I tell you that it is the best cake we ever had. I am not a fan of cake or frosting but it was super delicious. My family was delighted. 😍 It met our expectations. In my case, it was a delivery, but I loved that it came in a very protected bag. Very professional. Thank you guys so much.☺️

Alix was AMAZING! We received our results this morning for the gender of our baby. We called in and asked if they could have a cake done by today and they said they could have it done in about 30 minutes ! I handed Alix my phone so that she could click the results from there. She was so extremely helpful and excited along with us and happy to help!
The way they did the cake made it extremely easy to quickly know the results !
We definitely recommend Nothing Bundt Cakes of Fort Myers !

Today, May 17, 2024, my wife asked me to pick up an 8" Red Velvet Bundt Cake (Fort Myers Store). I was greeted by a nice associate, but when she couldn't figure out how to handle the 2nd coupon I had with me, she went to the back to get her supervisor. This supervisor was NOT friendly. She claimed the coupon was dated 2009. I had to explain to her that the year 2009 was "Nothing Bundt Cakes" Copyright year. Can you believe that? I was dumbfounded that this person is a supervisor and doesn't know about Copyrights. Anyway, here's the complete story......my wife had two coupons, which she called the store about the day before (May 16th) and was told she could use the coupons together. However, when I arrived at the store, the first associate (as I mentioned above) was nice, and she explained that one of the two coupons was expired and therefore it couldn't be used, which I was fine with. Obviously my wife didn't see the date that was printed on the coupon because it was extremely tiny. Regardless, the second coupon didn't have an expiration date and it seemed to be a coupon from the parent "Nothing Bundt Cakes" company. The nice associate went to get her supervisor and that's when the situation became awkward and very unpleasant. This supervisor told me that she contacted the owner and the owner said not to accept the coupon since it doesn't have a expiration date. The supervisor then said she could give me a military discount - but that did NOT happen either - maybe because the supervisor didn't finish the sale (it was the younger, nicer associate who completed the transaction). I needed the cake for a graduation party, so I bought it to make my child happy. But, it will be the last cake I buy from Nothing Bundt Cakes. Publix bakery does a fantastic job and we have never been disappointed with their cakes. Not to mention, they are much more friendly. With Nothing Bundt Cakes, you never know what you're going to get because they lack consistency. I will also contact the parent company to escalate this matter so that the Fort Myers store is properly educated on corporate coupons, and educated on what a Copyright is. I hope you do not experience the same lack of quality customer service.RESPONSE TO OWNER'S REPLY: I have already completed the survey through the link at the main "Nothing Bundt Cakes" website, the same day I posted this message. I completed a 2nd survey moments ago. I still have the coupon that I tried using at the store on May 17th, but, the Supervisor/Mngr said she took a picture of the coupon and sent it to the owner, so you should have it. BTW, I believe my review covers the matter completely.

Just ordered 2 bundtlets from Uber eats and the lemon is so delicious I had to sit down and just went straight to a happy place!!! Light but dense at the same time! Idk how they managed that, lol. Perfect amt of frosting and worth every penny! I am now a customer for life. Bundtlets for all!!!!!! I'm so used to being disappointed. This renewed my faith in trying something new!

Recently purchased 4 bundt cakes of differnt flavors. Two were very dry and stale. Despite this experience we returned to purchase two more. We politely informed the lady at the counter about our recent experience as we paid for the next two cakes. She was less than receptive and, in fact was obnoxious! We will never return to that store!

I ordered a large Bundt cake and an individual one, gluten free. When the order was picked up the individual cake was not included.It was realized at the party afterwards, we were a half an hour away and the store was closed.I went to the store Saturday and was told a refund would be issued, but if it didn’t show up in a couple days, call them.To begin with I would have thought the2 cakes would be set together or someone would have actually read the order when handing it out.Secondly, why would the girl tell me to call if I didn’t get the refund?? Sounds like this might be a regular issue if she made it a point to tell me that.I still have not received the refund and at this point could care less about the $ because this whole experience along with the fact that girls at the register could not have cared less, makes more of an impression to me.Customer service… not impressed.The cakes are good but this experience has not been. Disappointed!
