Always good
I believe the restaurant doesn't need many employees; it needs employees who want to work and good management. In recent months, I've dedicated part of my time to Uber Eats deliveries, and yesterday, Sunday, November 30th (according to the Uber Eats app, it was 3:58 pm), I went to pick up an order for a customer. When I arrived, all the parking spaces were occupied, even those assigned to delivery cars. I indicated via the app (the method used at this restaurant) that I would be parked at the door and waited several minutes. After waiting there for a while, I went into the restaurant and found not one, not two, not three employees, but no less than six at the reception desk, chatting animatedly and laughing. These employees included: the first two who offered me a table for dinner, two who were behind the reception desk, including a somewhat overweight woman and a short man, and behind these two, more people, including an African American. However, what caught my attention the most was that the bag of prepared food I was going to pick up was sitting next to them on a counter, and they hadn't even tried to hand it to me. I didn't check if there were cameras there, but if they exist, the situation at that moment should be clear. I get the impression that perhaps online customers don't complain when they receive their food late and cold! If the employees here don't want to work, I don't mind getting out and picking up the order myself. I do it in most restaurants. The important thing is not to waste time and to provide good service to customers.

11/22/25 first time ever going to Olive Garden and the experience and the food was horrible. I had the most unprofessional waitress, her name Allison - she reached over the table and grabbed the computer without saying excuse me. Then she said -what are you going to drink? Did you want an appetizer to start off. I didn't even open my menu yet and considering this was my first time there, which I mentioned to her . I asked for a seltzer and she said we have club soda it's the same thing. No it is not. ( Don't argue w customer) I decided to go with the soup and salad. When she returned there was one bowl of salad which I did not know was shared. So like any other establishment I thought I would get a soup and salad for myself . She's like NO You eat out of the same bowl and I just keep filling it. I'm like, Ok well I've never been to Olive Garden before, I'm not sure of the process. I could go on and on (soup had no flavor , salad was soggy, bread sticks tasted like dry cardboard) To top it off, She barely looked at us when she dropped the check off and never asked if we cared for dessert, then she took all of our dirty dishes and threw them in the salad bowl in the middle of the table and took that away. How unprofessional! I don't care if you are a commercial company train your waitresses to have a little more patience and respect--when she put the dirty dishes in the salad bowl still in the middle of the table, that was absolutely disgusting!?. I will never return to Olive Garden. Never!!
I love the atmosphere and our waiter was excellent. Food was great.

Went for lunch with my wife. The soup was very good but the rest of our food was way too salty (and I like salt). My wife had cheese ravioli and the cheese on top was slightly burnt and way too salty. I had chicken parmesan that was overcooked and again the salt was over the top. Even the very good bread sticks were salty. Lastly, they badly need a filtration system on the water and ice ...the water had a terrible taste. Won't be back!

The food at Olive Garden was absolutely delicious, everything was perfect. However, the service from our waitress, Allison, wasn’t the best. She seemed a bit distracted at times and it felt like she forgot about our table. Still, I want to highlight Brandon’s excellent attitude — even though he wasn’t assigned to us, he was very kind and attentive. Thanks to him, our experience was much more enjoyable.
