We had the best waitress every yesterday! The service was incredible and the food was delicious. Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara is delicious!Parking: Always a space but you may have to look for it.Kid-friendliness: High Chairs and Children's options are available.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

I like the Italian food and the bread sticks...wow
Went there on Sunday April 15th, it was horrible , waited for a waitress fir about 15 minutes, another girl came to asked what we wanted for drinks , she brought the drinks all mixed up and in top of that she gave me a nasty attitude, also the manager socks, she did not do anything to fix the whole problem so I ended up leaving and taking my business somewhere else. Will never go back to Olive garden on 41 in fort myers. Hate this place.

Samantha was an excellent server. She brought our refills before we even had a chance to ask for them. She was beautiful in self and spirit. She was kind, courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu and the items on the menu. She was most helpful in suggesting the take home promo meal promotion. She even grated some cheese for me to take home.She is an excellent asset to your company and also to her customers. This is the first time that I have been in due to traffic. we will be back for more of her excellent service. Bravo.

Been to this location several times & never have I had so many issues ever. It’s always been good. This time was the complete opposite.Don’t ask for a booth when you have a stroller cause they’ll give it to you & once you’re comfy they’ll ask you to move to a table very loudly for the whole place to hear even though the stroller was not in the way at all! Plenty of walking space was left! But I moved tables anyways after the manager was rude about it and made it seem like it was a option then pretty much told me I had to move.. then the waitress had no desire to even be there she had 3 tables including mine & still took forever to get are drinks, salad & food but a waitress who had more then 5 tables got everybody there drinks, salads & food in a timely manner!Definitely will just make the drive to the cape location from here on out.
Too bad the close out section of the dinner and one is not really able to pick a place to seat, also seems like the could use more waiting staff.

I love the olive garden but I have had some bad experiences especially in Naples Florida I thought I'd never go to another one but we just ate lunch at olive garden ft.myers Beach and it was the best chicken parmesan and lasagna we've ever had. Staff was beyond friendly thanks olive garden for making our trip more enjoyable.

We were greeted by Jarom he welcomed us to Olive Garden… introduced himself took our drink order came back quickly with our drinks and delicious bread to get us started. He was pleasant, knowledgable about the menu… our drinks were always filled. I have to say I haven’t come across a great server like JAROM in a long time. He was attentive always checking on us if we needed anything asking how are meals were. Olive Garden is lucky to have him. You is one employee who needs to be recognized for his work ethic.
