My husband and I love the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl! I especially love the soup and salad and bread sticks too!! We went again tonight and we were so pleased with the exceptional service given from the moment we walked into the door at this Coconut Point location! We were greeted and showed to our seats right away. Our server, Tyler was attentive, professional, friendly and knew his job very well!

This Florida location is one of the better Olive restaurants I have been in. The service was great and we were visited by 3 different personnel to include the manager checking on us and asking how everything is. Very impressive staff ensuring your completely satisfied of the food and service.

Robert was a wonderful student who waited on my friend and I for her birthday. He was prompt, accurate, and we never had to ask for anything! The food was good. Soup, Salad & Breadsticks.

On behalf of our 6/7 girls who came in for dinner after the trunk or treat we would like to thank the manager on duty and all of the amazing staff from the the servers to the cooks ,bus boys and our sever to our table for allowing our girls to joke around with them let them learn how to roll silverware and feel like children in there comfort zone the Olive Garden in gulf coast is truly the best and made our night we appreciate you all truly from the bottom of our hearts thank you.

We had a amazing server her name was Kaylee she was so sweet attentive deserves a raise and the world but all we can give her is this review also her friends we're funny and amazing they gave us many mints and made our experience Unforgettable we will be back this is a lot since we're broke college kids who don't have a lot of money

Went to Gulf Coast Town Center Olive Garden for date night . Started off with being greeted with a smile and that all changed when we sat at our table and every server kept walking by as if we were not even there . After a while we were able to get attention of a young man Sergio. He apologized and despite us not being in his section he waited on us and was very kind and went above and beyond . When i go back i will be requesting Sergio .

Our service tonight was outstanding! Starting with the host crew, who were extra happy and welcoming when I was concerned about arriving late when we joined the wait list (tip-it keeps you on the list for 20 mins) and then when I asked for a table and not a booth. Most places you can see the eye roll or feel silly asking. This crew was awesome! Mind you we came it at the rush, place was packed!
Our server Chrissy was friendly and welcoming, took great care of us. She didn’t miss a beat with our special requests! She had a full section and was doing an amazing job keeping up with all of us.
My biggest source of recognition for this crew was one of their “leads” who was running the dining room with amazing attention to where she needed to jump in and help, coordinating with the team. She went from one minute greeting tables and taking drink orders to delivering salads and running food and dropping boxes/packing your meal. She had a great eye for opportunities! And it was refreshing to see someone enjoying their work, being so helpful to her teammates and never dropping her enthusiasm. I think her name was Isabel.
Can’t wait to go back and enjoy this great service!
