The black garlic ramen, takoyaki, and karaage were delicious! As well as the onigiri, which wasn't a typical onigiri, I believe. Well worth the price! With a small, but colorful atmosphere! Only thing is say wasn't fantastic was the server didn't seem to know much about the menu, but she was very personable.

Me and my friends went there yesterday, it was amazing. The food was great, and the service was amazing. My server was really nice, I forgot her name though. We had Korean barbecue, I highly recommend. The owner did our barbecue and it was amazing and he was also really nice. Its a 10/10 for me. I definitely recommend going there.

Had an amazing experience at this authentic Korean restaurant!! Our server Joel and the owner Steven were very friendly and helped foster a very authentic and welcoming atmosphere for us for our first time here! We celebrated our 3rd year anniversary today and we are so happy and fortunate to have found this restaurant! The menu was promising and if we could we would have eaten every single thing in that menu! We ordered the bibimbap dish, steamed pork gyoza, and one of their Korean grill dishes!! We were so excited and enjoyed everything that we didn’t have room for dessert so we ordered the cheesecake tempura with a side of vanilla ice cream to-go! Unlike other Korean grill restaurants, Steven (owner) helped cook our dinner in front of us on the grill! It was a very sweet and welcoming gesture to tell us more about the history of the food, the restaurant and helped add authenticity and background story to the meals we were enjoying. Overall, an excellent experience and meal! Very clean bathrooms and amazing customer service and staff! Very fresh food and great service!! We will be recommending this restaurant to all of our friends and family! There is something on the menu for everyone!

Amazing food, great bartender, owner was present and engaged.

I spent almost 45 minutes looking for a non chain resturant that wasn’t closing at 8PM. Right when I picked one, this popped up and I saw the Katsu on the menu right away. I had to give it a shot. The reviews looked good, I’m not a sushi eater, but I love all other aspects of Japanese food.

The bartender was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped direct me on some good choices for dinner. I ended up with pork katsu, miso soup and fried gyoza. One of my biggest pet peeves is ordering apps, entrees/side and getting it at once. This was probably one of the few times that the staff was conscious of serving the food in order, as ready by me. They didn’t rush the appetizer, the soup or the entree, it was entirely on my pace of eating that they brought the food. This was a one of a kind special touch that doesn’t seem huge, but it is when you aren’t entirely focused on just eating and leaving.

The gyoza was first, amazing crunch and flavor, really good dipping sauce. Then the miso soup. I don’t typically order soup, but it came with the Katsu - that or salad (had salad earlier for opted for something different). Then the Katsu. The flavor of the pork Katsu was amazing. The breading was cooked perfectly crispy, the pork wasn’t tough, extremely tender. The Katsu sauce had a prefect balance, almost teriyaki like sauce.

On top of all this, the bartender was awesome and helped me pick a lot of this. He nailed everything with his recommendations.

Highly recommend this hidden gem.

I have been here many times but have finally remembered to share my experience. This time I dined alone and went for lunch. The service was great and the food even better. I got sushi and chicken fresh rolls for lunch it was perfect! I took fried rice and galbi beef home for dinner. Delish all around, great place for different options if others are fond of sushi.
