Outback Steakhouse

They have a great deal on Tuesdays of $24.99 for steak and lobster tail. My sister, who lives in Texas, was in town that day, so I made a reservation for six family members. First thing, I opened my utensils and they were dirty. I had everybody else at the table check theirs. They were fine. So I sent them back and got a new setup. When it came time to order, I pulled a long, curly black hair either out of the menu or the new napkin. (No one in my party has long and curly black hair.) I had already told the waitress about the dirty utensils, and then the hair. She was apologetic, and sent the manager over. She apologized and defended the restaurant's hygiene policies. I'm sure they try very hard, but the evidence was visible. And frankly, I was grossed out. Plus, I felt I was viewed as a troublemaker instead of a concerned patron. They did make the gesture of comping a single dessert for the entire table of six. The food was good. The service was wonderful. I just wish my concerns had been affirmed more graciously.

I know that a review here isn't quite as important as it is for a mom n pop place, but I was impressed. Of course, we've eaten out Outback plenty of times, but tonight ... 6:40pm on a Fri this time of year & we got seated right away. Oyr waitress Wendy was great! Then, the food was quick too! The gal that brought our drinks and the guy that brought our food were both nice & personable. Much nicer than alot of places lately where it seems you have to wait forever for a table, wait forever to get served by someone who doesn't want to be there, then wait forever for your food that somehow comes out wrong. Pleasantly surprised👍👍👍

The steak is awesome as ell the potatoes and sweet potato but salad its too bad! I wanted to give back imstead I didn't eat it, why not make a great salad? It will be a plus! If the steaks are delicious and perfectly cooked. Please put attention tho tha house salad! Its not good at all specialee a yellow ends

I was on a business trip and wanted a steak for dinner. Outback didn't disappoint! The steak was cooked perfect and seasoned well. The service was top-tier and would recommend visiting. Thanks for a great experience.

Parking: The umber drivers should be put in the back parking lot. My sister couldn't find a parking space. Why do we have to park way in the bapck?she has disabilities.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not good.please put auto open door buttons in.please put tables in to accommodate a wheelchair without being in the ales.
