The food is mediocre however it is a chain restaurant, it’s hit or miss for all the times we’ve been there.The service on the other hand is absolutely terrible. We had the gentleman named Red. I started not to feel well and we asked our server to box up our food so we could take it togo, the food still came out and we could hear our server yelling in the kitchen that we still had appetizers on the table. When we first sat down we also felt as if he was trying to force their new menu items on us and made it a very uncomfortable experience. On top of all these we tried to order our entrees and he told us “if you don’t mind I am going to put your drinks and appetizers in and i’ll come back later” as a server myself that is merely unacceptable as it should always be the guests setting the pace.This is our third time having a bad experience with them the first being I ordered a filet and sent out a sirloin and the second being we ordered take out and they delivered it to the wrong person, our neighbor actually called us and brought it to us and said when she contacted outback they told her to quote on quote “just eat the food yourself”, it was a $200 order.Terrible service.

My family and I had arrived around 2pm. Our food was amazing!!! Not to mention our drink from the bar were delicious and had very nice presentation. Only issue was my server Red. He barely was at our table and would let stacks of plates and old cups sit thru the entire meal. Not very attentive at all. Otherwise, food never disappoints here!

Got the 19.99 lobster and steak deal the lobster was good but the steak was the chewiest steak Iv ever had in my life it took 5 minutes to chew one piece my jaw was getting tired and it had a weird taste like a weird seasoning to it.
