Was disappointed with our visit. Took forever to get food almost an hour. Asked manager about it and she was rude, no personality acted like she was mad she had to work.my food came out cold. My steak was cold and my butter couldn’t melt in my sweet potato because the potato was cold and my medium well steak was closer to rare. Spoke to manager and she said what do you want me to do. The only issue that made it a bad experience that I don’t want to go back was the manager!!! the manager should not be in charge of a restaurant she has no people skills and just stares at you with a nasty look and it makes you feel very uncomfortable.

Me and my family came to this Outback last night for dinner, we were celebrating my husband's birthday. There were four tables seated in the bar side so we figured we'd be in and out and able to catch a movie. Our server Claudia was kind but that's the best I can say. Soft drinks and unsweet tea took 20 minutes to come out, our bread was luke warm at best and while taking our order we felt very rushed, which is funny because the food took a very long time to come out. The manager did stop by to check on us but she seemed off in space, like she didn't really care what we said about our experience. While my husband was in the restroom we mentioned to the manager that it was his birthday and we wanted to have them sing to him, which she never relayed to our server. I overheard the other server on bar side ask Claudia if she needed help multiple times and eventually she came over and cleared out dirty dishes out of the way for us after sitting in front of them for so long. We left disappointed and unhappy that we wasted a birthday dinner on this location and were unable to catch a movie due to the slow service. The food was good but the service was very slow. The other server seemed to have be running laps around Claudia, maybe she needs more training? Either way, we'll be hesitant to return.

Had a great meal , the restaurant was very busy but the employees handled it well. The manager / proprietor was on the floor delivering meals and drinks and making sure customers where satisfied, it was nice to see “ customer service “ still exists .

We order food for our dealership, We got about 16 steaks and salads, to go, Picked up the order and when we got back to the dealership We had no utensils to eat our steaks. The salads were slimy and the lettuce was brown and disgusting, Glad we got to throw away the majority of our food away, Not really impressed after spending the amount of money we did just to throw it away. While some of the steaks we almost raw in the middle and some great, We order all steaks the same temperature. Very disappointing

Our server Dominic was awesome!!! He was polite, explained well the menu and even got us a complimentary desert for a slip up that was considered minor to us. However, he insist to right by us anyway. Thank You Dominic, We enjoyed every decadent bite of our chocolate peanut butter dessert- perfect sharing size. Also, kind manager - runs the restaurant excellently. We will be adding Outback Steakhouse to our repertoire of places to dine. Especially, the one in Gulf Coat.

Placed my order online and when I arrived at the designated time, they did not have it!Had to wait 20 minutes to place the order again with bartender (who was also waiting tables.)When I FINALLY got my order home, the steak was riddled with fat and unedible, bread was hard as a rock and the salad loaded with white lettuce & cores!HORRIBLE SERVICE & FOOD! Total waste of time & $$$

Only putting 3 stars for the guy who brought us refills for are drinks after I already asked the lady who brought out my appetizer 10/15 minutes before & after are waitress didn’t show back up to the table at all until are drinks were already given to us.Both waitress & girl who brought out appetizer had a snarky attitude but neither of them had a problem being so happy & giving awesome customer service to the people across from us. (They knew them personally…)
Claudia was excellent. Great personality and easy going. The food was stellar as my steak was cooked perfectly.

Way too cold! Also after bread and salad done several waiters walked by and left dishes there and even after serving main course left the dishes through out the meal. I could understand if’s busy? After lunch rush.
