Jerry is such a wonderful person!!! he reached out to me about food I had ordered and they were closed and refunded me. I was just trying to order food for my dad for the holiday and Jerry even offered to deliver pizza from somewhere else for him!! This place is great!!
Read the reviews and decided to support a local spot instead of a chain. We ordered takeout and had a good experience on the phone. The pizza was ready at the promised time, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the pizza itself was disappointing. The crust was so soggy that we couldn’t eat it. Even our kids (13 and 11) couldn’t finish a slice. We ended up making a frozen pizza for dinner instead.
My wife had the wings, and she enjoyed them, but both her supreme pizza (personal size) and my large pepperoni had the same soggy crust issue. The garlic knots were also soft and soggy. We usually prefer thin and crispy crust (Chicago/Indiana style) but are open to New York style, which I think this place is going for. However, the soggy crust really ruined the experience.
If the owners can address this issue, I think they have a chance to succeed. But if not, I’m worried this place won’t last, which is unfortunate since we have so few options in this area.

REAL cheese! Tastes so much better than big chain pizza. They heap on the toppings too! The Ziti sauce is amazing. We ordered take-out and they hooked us up with very generous serving. Thank you for feeding us, we love Palm Beach pizza.

Pizza has good taste but is undercooked. So soggy you can’t even pick it up and eat it like you should be able to do with a piece of pizza. Place is clean & people are nice. Also, if you don’t deliver and it’s pick up only you shouldn’t ask for a tip when people have to drive there to pick up their pizza.

They have lost the momentum of great customer service and welcoming atmosphere that they had in the beginning. When they opened with the new management they could barely cope with the number of customers. Now they don't even have something as basic as Coca-Cola. I like the pizza how they prepare it but it has become more of a To-Go business than a place to visit with the family. I know these are difficult times to do business at SWFL but customer service is crucial guys.
Update: Owner asked me for more details:
When we talk about customer service it goes beyond saying hello and asking what you want. The follow-up at the table about whether your order is okay. Do not sweep and raise dust in the dining room when there are customers. When you take out the trash, try to leave the trash can ready... and if it's not full, don't do it in front of customers. Always have the most requested products available and if the distributor fails, have a plan b. Don't assume that everyone who arrives will order takeout... a customer who stays consumes more and with good service there are better tips. I'm glad that those who are working are young, it's just a matter of having a little more attention.

The staff is very friendly, pizza served hot and was delicious. I think most people order and pickup or have delivered as that was the traffic we saw. We were the only ones to eat in. Nothing fancy, simple tables and chairs.
