When I first moved here I loved this place, I ate their pizza twice a month. The last couple of times it hasn’t been very good. It seems like they changed their cheese and it’s definitely noticeable. The cheese tastes like skim milk and is gooey (not savory like it used to be). The last two or three pizzas were undercooked as well. The green peppers on the pizza were still cold from the fridge.

Today was not their day. I’ve had a good experience there before and bad but always willing to give it another shot but today was definitely not their day. I got there after the time to be ready with 30 minutes. They said give it about seven or eight more minutes. It was about another 12 to 15 minutes and in the middle of that the Cook was by himself then a lady showed up and then they started arguing back-and-forth hollering so once that’s done, my pizza comes out and it was clearly not mine and it was made wrong so I left, but I definitely won’t be back again. There’s been more negatives than positive and I believe in giving everything a second chance but I’m done here on top of that. There’s a guy sitting in there with kids young kids, and they’re in their hollering back-and-forth to top it all off when the guy was frustrated about him making my pizza wrong then he started wiping his face and then was right back to making pizza without washing his hands. That’s a big no for me. I understand they make pizza with their hands and no gloves, but you don’t wipe your face so for the cleanliness reasons I’m not going back there again. I told them thank you have a good night

We always get take out from here on Thursdays, and it is always amazing. We haven't dined in yet, but hoping to so. But gotta say, even having take out and bringing it home, it's always been great. Never had an issue.

Not sure why the place always seems empty, best pizza in the area. PBP was clean and would gladly go back again. An asset to the neighborhood.

Today is 3 /9/ 2025 630 I love Palm Beach Pizza. I honestly think since I’ve been in Florida this is the best pizza I had but today the cashier tells me they could not take cash because they were robbed and the manager didn’t purchase a new cash register. I told her I will give you more than enough so you do not have to give me change and keep the rest as a tip. She said no I further said cash registers are not that expensive. I’ll be happy to purchase one for you but take my cash. If not, I’ll be forced to go to Little Caesars, which I would not be able to enjoy so I had to leave without my favorite pizza. I am so sad thank you management for not purchasing a cash register or flex your second amendment.

Hand down best white pizza in ft Myers. Someone broke into their business last night and stole the cash register. That’s not stopping them from making me my favorite pizza just hours later. Thanks again for the great food and I pray they catch the pos that broke into your business.
Jerry is such a wonderful person!!! he reached out to me about food I had ordered and they were closed and refunded me. I was just trying to order food for my dad for the holiday and Jerry even offered to deliver pizza from somewhere else for him!! This place is great!!

We got here almost at closing time, and we were welcomed like they didn't have to go home. Pizza was absolutely delicious and both employees were very polite and friendly. Kids and I are very happy to have stopped here.
