Today while at work, I wanted something to eat and I wanted Panda Express. I went through the app for delivery. I attempted 3 times to make an order, In which they charged me all three times, but the app ended up telling me there was an error, That the order wasn’t made. But my money is gone. I called the place. They told me that refund or reverse has been initiated, However, I have not received my money, And my bank would immediately refund me if that was the case. Anyways, I was very hungry so I tried once more and I ended up actually getting lucky that time. Two hours later, two phone calls later, 4 order attempts, my food is finally on its way. The food gets here with stale rangoons, and how lovely, no drink. Honestly was the worst headache of my entire week made me cry and call my mom :((((((( and I will not be eating here in the future.

The Kung Pao chicken was overloaded with hot peppers, and after we ordered, we were told they only accepted cash because their computer was down. A simple sign on the door would have saved a lot of time. Clearly not a well-run operation.

This has to be the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. I purchased a fountain drink, but the machine didn’t have any ice. When I brought this up to the manager, he brushed me off and made no effort to accommodate me as a customer. That alone shows a lack of care and responsibility—how does an ice machine go without ice for so long? On top of that, the staff’s attitude was unacceptable. I left without even getting a drink. I will never return to this location again.

Lady was extremely rude, I understand it’s 45 minutes before close. But the whole line was EMPTY and a good amount of people in the building. Told me the wait was going to be 15 minutes for some orange chicken which was absolutely fine. But they were pretty nasty the first girl did not even say hi just stared at me. But then another gentleman came in the door just asking for some broccoli and man the lady was like “That’s all the broccoli we have. You are going to have to WAIT for it.” In a very rude manner. All the man did was ask a question. I don’t know what’s going on there. But if you have 15 people waiting to eat in an establishment. Then you should probably have food. YOU ARE OPEN TILL 11 THEN CLOSED. Management needs to check on the team. Or honestly the lady was probably a manager. Pretty unpleasant experience for a place that doesn’t have to cook per order.
