Comments pointing out food not being ready seem to be too true. Almost every entree was all but empty. Looking over at the woks there didn’t seem to be any food coming either. This leaves one with a choice of food that has been there for who knows how long or wait until they start cooking. Very disappointing.

I'm so mad I ordered food when I get home to open the plate my rice is BURNT I'm so irritated because we purposely don't go to the other panda because their orange chicken is to acidic

The food at this location is typically very good for a fast service Asian restaurant and if I were to base my review only on the food I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, the staff often drops the ball when it comes to having items ready when ordering. Not sure why this is the case but this isn't a mom and pop operation; this restaurant chain has been in business for decades and keeping up shouldn't be such an issue. Today, three separate times, I tried calling to make sure they could fulfill a catering order and every single time the phone continued to ring until I received a pre-recorded message saying they couldn't take my call before automatically hanging up. It's ridiculous, really. But I digress. If not for the consistent quality of the food we would throw in the towel and go elsewhere.

Delicious food but oftentimes gets bogged down waiting on food to come out or drive through orders.

Every time I order teriyaki chicken I have to ask for the sauce. And when I get it delivered it always comes without the sauce. WHATS THE POINT OF TERIYAKI CHICKEN WITH NO TERIYAKI. Stop hoarding the sauces it’s annoying.

Went there today for take out and one of the girls and her Mamager Sarah had major attitudes when I asked about the teriyaki chicken. First the chicken did not look good, second they gave me the sauce on side and told me that the chicken was pre marinated which it did not have any taste!! Also the garlic chicken was extremely salty. Don’t recommend this place to anyone

Went to get some food ordered a chicoen wings with pork fried was told they did not serve pork fried rice when the online menu clearly says menu items I wanted place is joke FALSE

This place is absolutely horrible. I haven’t been to Panda Express for close to 10yrs. I thought I would treat myself since there’s one on the way to work. I ordered an orange chicken bowl with two spring rolls. I go to pay and the lady working looked so confused when I wanted to pay with Apple Pay. She took my phone inside the window and then shut the window. She had my phone inside there for 3 minutes. I couldn’t see inside so I have no idea what she was doing with it. I then waited a few more minutes for my food. Right when I got my food I pulled into a spot to eat. The chicken was rock hard and cold. Not warm, but cold. The spring rolls were cold as well. This is less than two minutes after receiving my food. I really wish it would have been good. I ate it because I didn’t have time to go in and get another order going. It’s a shame the product is this bad. I do not suggest you go here. I see that nobody responds here from panda express. So that goes to show you that the owners could care less about the quality of their product and the quality of their staff.

Filth of the town, nothing is good about this place. Food is never ready everytime you go, no line but forever waits, portions are atrocious. Becoming next chipotle. The i dont care attitude of this business has reached next level

This is the 4th time I have been here within the last month. Everytime I arrive they are out of 3 to 6 proteins they normally offer. A couple of times I just picked something else bc they were unable to make it bc they closed in 45 minutes. Today was the second time I came in during the day it was not very busy, and they were still out of 3 proteins. They said it would be 7 minutes to make one of the proteins they were out of cool.. I figured I’d just wait the 7 minutes and be on my way. NOT, it took 26 minutes to cook the stuff they were out of with no explanation. As an operations proffesional within the same industry this is unacceptable! Get it together!
