I have canceled my Sip Club as it is more of a hassle now that you have to wait for your cup to be given to you after you (self serve) order on the kiosk. Kind of defeats the purpose of self service! My time is important and changing things back to “having to wait for a cup” took away from why I was a member of the club!

I really enjoyed my food customer service personal could have been more welcoming... Seemed as if she would have been happier not being there ... And the women restroom was absolutely disgusting couldn't even bring myself to use it even tho I really needed

Ordered bowl of soup and half of sandwich, had to wait an hour to get my food, the cashier is wearing headphones at work…. used to love Panera but not going there anymore…disappointed ☹️

Cashier frowning, snarled "what do you want" my friend asked what's the matter, she accused him of "throwing" his gift card at her; He dropped it onto the counter which landed halfway to her. Food- Grilled cheese was burnt black on edges on one side, not toasted on other; It had hard cooked brown cheese in between soft yellow cheese. They must have flipped it without the bread on one side ? idk but I didn't like it. I always forget to take a photo

Old carpet with bad smell,very small portion of soup and a place that has the name pao in the name of the company I think there can be no shortage of bread, a fact that has already happened to me twice and I rarely go

The cashier was very rude, was like she was forced to work there, worst attitude for a person that is supposed to be friendly and helpful she did everything on bad manner , she refused to say her name but the manager can check on records to see who she was, 5:10:15 pm the receipt says cashier : Mai .
