I got food poisoning at this location last night after eating a green goddess salad and I called to tell the manager and get a refund since I was throwing up all night. Adam answered the phone and was extremely rude and actually told me to call back later since he was “busy” once I persisted to try and get a refund he told me that there’s no way to prove that I got food poisoning from this location even though that is the only thing that I ate yesterday was this salad. I am contacting customer service to get a refund since Adam refused to give me a refund. Don’t go here.

Bad weather coming through so I called to ensure they were open. Google maps and their answering service said they were open. ... They're closed. It's so easy to change status to "temp closed" on Google maps and phone service. Your competition knows how. This is an irresponsible waste of your customers time. Let me know you're changing your policy for handling unexpected closure and I'll change my rating to at least 4 stars. All the best.

Haven’t been to a Panera Bread in years. The cashier recommended both the Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad and the Toasted Italiano and I was very pleased. Plus, their green tea with a cookie on the side made for a great lunch. I will be back!

I order from this location at least 2-3 times a week and my food / drinks are always made perfectly. Today I accidentally ordered a hot drink instead of an iced one through the app and without hesitation the girl at the drive through offered to make the one I meant to order. Great customer service and always a great experience.

Ordered delivery and my sandwich was disappointing (things happen no big deal) and I called the store. The manager Adam was extremely understanding and helpful and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced customer quite like that considering the circumstances. Thank you Adam!

Ordered To go order off app. Went to restroom before grabbing my order only to find an employee in one stall playing on their phone. Line of 5 women waiting for 1 stall as she continued to stay in the other. Whatever. Went to find my order. Not on the counter, not in the to go area. Finally find it behind the front counter where no one could be found. Walked back to the pick up area and asked someone to get my $70 order. Met her up there and told her about the employee hogging the bathroom. Got an eye roll and that was it. Figured I better check my order before we left because apparently the staff isn't into doing their jobs. Found that instead of packing the sandwiches and sealing with a sticker, they were just kinda wadded up in paper and falling apart in the bag. Ordered two full salads with chicken, got one and a half. This place is going down hill fast. Oh! I almost forgot the employee standing by the building in the drive thru lane sucking on a vape . Clearly an excellent look for the company.
