Pretty good place to stay eat and work

Their delivery system is awful!!!! Order was stolen by driver refused to help would only return money after asking for help for over 10 minutes when I didn’t want a refund I wanted my food get a better system !!!
I will never gonna purchase anything in this panera.
I order $54 in items 2 potatoe bread boul, 2 asiago bagel, 2 Mac and cheese, 2 Agave lemonade, 1 sandwich, a Pecan twist and when I got home I just have the mc and cheese, the soup without bowls, I when back and they can not pull my order, Iam ass out, I am not a millionaire that I have money yo throw in the garbage, Iam ver very upset.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and they are even trying to fix the problem

This review will probably be one of my harshest ones. Can't say much about the service at Panera. We ordered ourselves and picked up the food at the counter. That's fine, but not one employee acknowledged us. Even if a place is self-service, employees should be aware of their customers being there. Poor customer service....well none. The food isn't fantastic. Wouldn't have been my pick, but today was my daughter's choice, and she loves Panera. Maybe it was just a bad day, which happens. We will go back in the future and maybe I'll have a different opinion then.
