I enjoy Panera! Michael was very helpful explaining the menu and choices especially for my daughter who is vegan! My mother and I enjoyed the tomato soup and Mediterranean sandwich duet! So good!

The kiosk credit card machine wasn't working so I had to cancel everything and start over at another terminal. When I completed my order there was no one up front to give me my food, they were in the kitchen talking to each other. If I didn't already pay, I would have walked out.

I seldom write reviews however today I can’t help myself. I stopped at Panera on Daniels before an appointment at 7:30 am. For over $17.00 the soufflé was dry and cold and could not eat it even warmed up in the microwave. It appeared to be yesterday’s soufflé. The coffee is watered down and was not hot, the only saving grace was the bagel to go otherwise for $17.00 I spent was a waste. I used to stop frequently but not anymore. The manager needs to learn that Panera used to be crowded because the food was hot, and very good. I suggest asking what time the coffee was brewed and what time did you bake the bakery items before you purchase it. Plus the cost is getting out of hand. Sad!

All 3 meals fresh and tasty. We forgot to customize a salad and they fixed it immediately for us, no fuss, no charge. Friendly folks and hey, try their powder sugar brownie if you haven't. Delicious!

The food was good. I did not particularly like the asiago bagel would try a different brand next time. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean.

I received the wrong item and called to see if I can get a refund for something that I didn’t order and the manger said that I can’t get a refund because I ordered my food in the store and I would have to come all the back to the store. I didn’t realize I got the wrong thing until I got home and opened the bag. I’m highly disappointed that the manger was not willing to help

Food is very good. Drink specials can’t be beat. The reason for this review is the employees, kind, and professional. Today Sky assisted me and as usual, went above and beyond with her courteous and helpful manner. Greeted and thanked with a smile, and was able to correct my mistake when ordering on the app. A place you feel welcomed because of people like her. Thank you

Okay sorry for what I'm about to say, I never liked panera, maybe as a kid I did when I would get the soup in the bread bowl but I really feel this place is overpriced for what you get. The girl on the register was a sweetheart, I was there last Thursday afternoon. But I guess it was my fault for not reading because I rarely go there, I got a half sandwich chicken blt club but it came with gobs of mayonnaise. I absolutely hate mayonnaise and the amount put on my sandwich made it almost inedible, yes I could've said no mayo, but I didn't even think about it when I ordered, I was also just trying to use the giftcard I had. Literally smacked mayo on both of the bread slices making them soggy and disgusting. With the 3 napkins given, i had to scrape off what I could manage but still had loads in the cheese, lettuce, you name it. I'm sure many extra mayo lovers would've been fine but I was very disappointed yet again with Panera. Still giving 4 stars, but I have no reason to be at a Panera ever.
