17 dollars. That is what I paid for a steak sandwich with 3 peices of meat on it and the cheese burned to a crisp, and an onion soup bowl with three croutons and no cheese. Forgot my horseradish sauce completely . This is literally glorified hospital cafeteria food. Next time I’ll just go over to gulf coast medical center cafeteria . Their food is 20X better and 20X less expensive .

I don’t know what it is about this company but they can’t seem to ever order enough bread bowls/ baguettes and shortbread cookies to last half the day! Youre a BREAD company, this shouldnt be hard. I can’t tell you the number of times the locations near me have not had these items and it’s really disappointing. Do better. The item is IN the name of your company, you should have it. Bottom line.

Have been going here for years, haven’t had any issues before. Actually the service was incredibly fast. Maybe something changed with the management as I see a lot of others have posted poor reviews. Who knows? But I like their coffee and the Egg Soufflés are my favorite breakfast!
I have been coming to this Panera ever since it opened with no issues until the other day. Ordered a family meal with 4 sandwhiches & there was barely any meat in our sandwiches!! You can clearly see in the pic how pathetic that sandwich looked. It didn't even have any avocadoes either. They were out of tomatoes too. Salad was a small amount & it didn't have the shaved parmessan cheese, soup is mostly liquid barely any chicken, veggies or pasta. Very disappointed specially after paying over $40.
Terrible service..workers with attitude. EXTREMELY expensive 1 small coffee, 1 soufflé & 1 bakery Pastry 16$?! And my soufflé was cold I asked the worker to heat it up in oven & told me to heat it up myself in a microwave they had on a random table in the dining area.. ridiculous.
