Panera Bread

I went into Panera bread the door was unlocked. I went to the kiosk to order a sandwich and soup. I sat there for five minutes at the table, and I saw that the girl was wiping tables. She didn’t say anything. She looked at me and I looked at her and she didn’t say anything. Another person came out and they everyone was carrying on as normal. I even asked the girl that was cleaning the tables if my food would show up on the screen because it was my first time in Panera bread she said yes then they called my name and proceeded to tell me that they’re closed and they have no soup or sandwich. They offered me a pastry and told me that they would refund my money in two days for me and my first time in Panera bread I am really disappointed. I was very excited because they moved right across the street from where I live but honestly, I am very disappointed in their service. They let me come in there. Sit in there watch me order and told me my food would be on the screen when it was ready and only to tell me that they were closed.

I manage the Vitamin Shoppe next door to this location, the entire staff has been amazing! Sam and Jessica are amazing, store is bright and clean! Highly recommend!!

While such a great experience at this Panera My order was taken by Melissa she let me know all the promotions that was going on very courteous I was greedy by the manager Jessica that was awesome also let me know about all the promotions that was given over all the great experience I would definitely recommend people to come and eat here
