First time getting pizza from this location. Staff was very friendly and quick to help as soon as I walked through the door. My daughter placed the order online and I stopped by after work, on my way home. I had to wait a few minutes while they finished the order. The young man debt greeted me, did inform me that they were finishing up with the last item. We purchased the special: $12.99 for a large, 2-topping pizza. We received one large and the other pizza was a medium. We didn't look to verify if the order was completed incorrectly or if she placed the order as we received it. We were too tired and hungry to try to figure it out. We just sat back and enjoyed the hot, delicious pizza. Would order again from this location. Thank you

This occasion is closest to my home. We used to love the pizza, directions always followed and the bread was fluffy. Typical Papa John’s pizza. But as of 3-4 months, it has really gone downhill. I order original crust, I get hard, thin and a flat crust. I order light sauce, I get sauce dripping from every bite. I add a Pepsi, they give me cherry Pepsi or nothing at all. You get the point. Also, they rarely deliver now it’s always DoorDash which is known for horrible service. Will not be ordering from this location again. Store #350 - 3412 Cleveland Ave. Get it together.

There was a power outage and a call center employee took my order and confirmed it. Well the order never actually got placed but Jerry the general manager was very polite and helpful and he took great care of me and made everything right. I appreciate Jerry's professionalism and friendly attitude. He turned a bad ordeal into a great experience. Highly recommend this location for its fantastic customer service.

Haven't eaten papa johns.in a long time let alone any pizza. Just Haven't been happy with any pizza so Haven't wanted to order any. I just had a really bad craving for it finally. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Speedy service. Food tasted like fresh ingredients And everything was correct and tasted delicious. Brownies were done perfectly. I will definitely be ordering sooner this time.

I ordered two large pizzas by phone. The cashier was very thorough and going over all the topping options and my order. I picked up the pizzas in about 15 to 20 minutes. It smelled so so good and very hot in the box. I dropped off the pizzas to someone impacted by the hurricanes in mobile home. I hadn't taste the pizzas, I bet they were very good because I can smelled them.
