Took them 2 hours to deliver our cold, nasty pizza. When we placed our order we got somebody from overseas. Wasn't to happy ordering from Papa Johns in the first place because there are NO good pizza joints in Fort Myers but thought it would be convenient to ro get somerhing delivered. Yeah...no.

The food is always great and the staff is always nice when you walk in, especially the young lady with the mid length wavy hair. Maybe she's a Manager but always greets you when you walk in, I think the parmesan crust wasn't on my pizza but it was fresh and the toppings were great so it didn't matter.

Order at this location every other week given I have teen age boys. Friday nights is movie & pizza night. I never have an issue at Papa John's. My food is always fresh, hot & tasteful.Kid-friendliness: My younger son is autistic and he came in with me Tuesday night. The staff treated him nicely and were friendly towards him??. That's a plus in my book because so many people forget we are all human disabled or not we all feel the sme emotions. His smile and their interaction made my night.
I ordered my pizza via the Papa John's app. When I arrived to pay, the store told me they can't except my $50 bill that they only except $20 or less. I asked how was it supposed to know this as it doesn't state this anywhere on the app. So I drove up to the store wasted my gas and was denied being able to pay for my food because I only had 50's. The manager was rude to me as well and I believe they just threw away my food or expected me to go somewhere and make change, I'm not sure but I will never frequent this store again nor should you. What a terrible experience

Ordered a small pizza for delivery on 1/5. Delivery was fast, however, when it arrived and we started eating it we realized that the dough was raw! To the point where you couldn't pick up one small slice - it was like goop. So we took off all the vegetables and threw away the bread. It was completely undercooked and disgusting. The funny thing is I ordered "well done" instead of "normal bake" !But then this location on Cleveland Avenue tends to screw up a lot, they either undercook their pizzas or forget the sauce that's supposed to come with it.I love Papa John's Pizza and when I order takeout I never go to this location on Cleveland Ave but unfortunately they are my delivery store.

After placing my order. I was told that I never placed my order. And I got charged $82 for never placing an order according to them when I did get my order. It was not what I ordered What I did order was an extra large cheese pizza. A stuffed crust large pizza with pepperoni. A two liter of diet pepsi , Pepperchini's and two side marinara Sauces. What I got was a large stuffed crust pizza and an order of cheesy bread and a two liter a pepsi zero. And for that I paid $82. The manager treated me like I was not telling her the truth and refused to do anything to make it not trust me, didn't believe me, She told me there was nothing she could do about it when I asked her. What her name was so that I could report her she hung up on me.

Ordered a large specialty works pizza, ended up finding hair on the slice. Never ordering from this place again. It’s simply not sanitary.
We upgraded from a larger pizza to an extra large pizza... we were given a large pizza and charged for an extra large. When i called the store, the manager said that there is nothing they could do.

The work staff is useless, very rude and liars, they made me wait 45 minutes for an order and then I asked them how much was missing from the order and they told me 10 minutes, a lack of respect, they grabbed the phone with their hands full of pizza, and to top it off I told a man who was making the pizzas that I had to leave because they were taking a long time and they had canceled my order and he told me to leave, the staff there are useless, they are missing of ethics and education, change them now.
