Placed an order today I made a mistake where I called in and I couldn’t believe how she took care of the problem all I can say is the customer service from this person is way over 5 stars. Thank you for how you handled it. And my food was hot when I received it.

Absolutely terrible service, worked a 13 hour shift. Placed my order manager told me it was a 4 minute wait. Turned out they never put it in appoligicdidnt even seemed like she cared. Terrible absolutely terrible will never come here again.

I've never had a bad experience here. The employees are professional and the food is always good. All of the bad reviews look to be based on delivery issues. If you pickup from here, everything will be good.

This is the most nastiest place in Fort Myers. The food sucks, it’s always cold when you receive it or it’s always the wrong order. I saw roaches in their store. And most importantly the management at this store is horrible. Rebecca, I think it is, is the worst manager I’ve ever seen. Her attitude is horrible. She doesn’t really care about the customers nor the employees. She’s rude and doesn’t care to fix the issues. Just trash all the way around. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

That was probably the worst tasting pizza I have ever had. Tasted like it was old and pepperoni was fishy tasting. Never again.

They've always been quick and on time if not early. They remade my pizza once and that's because they have standards and gave me the option to take what they made or they offered to remake it. I was very appreciative, tasted great every time.

Service was great, drivers always friendly and fast...but for love of mozzarella DO NOT ORDER THE CHEESE BURGER PIZZA. It was a miss for this franchise. Too many pickles made the crust soggy and overpowered the rest of the pizza. On the other hand, the cookie and cinnamon pull aparts were great. I'll stick with the garden veggie from now on. ?

No delivery that’s crazy

Not sure what was going on here. I ordered a 10" pizza and some bread sticks with the garlic parm sauce. I barely got any sauce on my breadsticks and didn't get my extra garlic butter. And my food was brought by a door dash driver an hour and 7 min after I ordered. The door dash driver said there was only one employee who was on their personal phone the whole time.Do better and hire some employees.

Bad experience. Ordered extra toppings to not have them, and ordered something without cheese that was separate because my daughter is lactose intolerant. I was given a credit or option to pick up because there's too many drivers out which is nice however the point in ordering, paying a driver's fee, tipping and purchasing extra was a whole waste since they don't follow the order details yet don't mind charging the extra. $40 for half of what my daughter can't even eat and the other bit for us was messed up too.
