Ordered here quite a few times because it’s the closest location to me. I’ve never had a bad experience or them forget any of my food. I will continue ordering here! I love papa John’s it’s my favorite. The bbq chicken pizza is my go to.

2 of the slices had no toppings on it I got an Alfredo pizza with extra sauce and it seem like there was no Alfredo sauce just like they put the bare minimum on it

My nephew eats Papa Johns several times a week. He loves the garlic knots and Alfredo pizza. The garlic dipping sauce is his favorite. He will be the 1st in line when they open. He loves that they open at 9:30. Very friendly staff.

Placed an order today I made a mistake where I called in and I couldn’t believe how she took care of the problem all I can say is the customer service from this person is way over 5 stars. Thank you for how you handled it. And my food was hot when I received it.

Absolutely terrible service, worked a 13 hour shift. Placed my order manager told me it was a 4 minute wait. Turned out they never put it in appoligicdidnt even seemed like she cared. Terrible absolutely terrible will never come here again.

I've never had a bad experience here. The employees are professional and the food is always good. All of the bad reviews look to be based on delivery issues. If you pickup from here, everything will be good.

This is the most nastiest place in Fort Myers. The food sucks, it’s always cold when you receive it or it’s always the wrong order. I saw roaches in their store. And most importantly the management at this store is horrible. Rebecca, I think it is, is the worst manager I’ve ever seen. Her attitude is horrible. She doesn’t really care about the customers nor the employees. She’s rude and doesn’t care to fix the issues. Just trash all the way around. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

That was probably the worst tasting pizza I have ever had. Tasted like it was old and pepperoni was fishy tasting. Never again.

They've always been quick and on time if not early. They remade my pizza once and that's because they have standards and gave me the option to take what they made or they offered to remake it. I was very appreciative, tasted great every time.
