Not sure what was going on here. I ordered a 10" pizza and some bread sticks with the garlic parm sauce. I barely got any sauce on my breadsticks and didn't get my extra garlic butter. And my food was brought by a door dash driver an hour and 7 min after I ordered. The door dash driver said there was only one employee who was on their personal phone the whole time.Do better and hire some employees.

Bad experience. Ordered extra toppings to not have them, and ordered something without cheese that was separate because my daughter is lactose intolerant. I was given a credit or option to pick up because there's too many drivers out which is nice however the point in ordering, paying a driver's fee, tipping and purchasing extra was a whole waste since they don't follow the order details yet don't mind charging the extra. $40 for half of what my daughter can't even eat and the other bit for us was messed up too.

This store is one of the fastest I've seen in this area! Great service and pizza is always ready when I get there. I went in and placed the order last time and it was done in less than 10min! Best pepperoni pizza I've ever gotten.

I've been to this location twice with the past couple months. Each time I've been it's been a pleasant experience. Pizza didn't disappoint either. Only remember one employees name bc we shared the same name and it's not very common, Seth. Different staff each time but no one seemed rude. Glad I gave this location a chance and didn't rely on the bad experiences of the past. Seems like some of the reviews were return customers, but they only decided to share the negative visit and not their positive ones. Keep up the good work and hope more people share their positive experiences to bring up your Yelp score.

Disappointed is an understatement!!!!! I am a Google reviewer that likes to let others know my honest opinion on businesses. We ordered 2 pizza and bread sticks for delivery. We didn't get ANY sauce for our bread sticks. Call on hold 10 min. Call again they said they couldn't help me and transfered my call. They answer to put me on hold again. Did I get to tell them there mistake ! No ! Why ? I didn't get to talk to anyone! Wow! How unprofessional Papa John's if you want customers you need to work on customer service ! How highly unprofessional not happy. When you order bread sticks you need sauce ! If you can't do your job maybe you need new employees! Seriously a very disappointed customer!

They tack on a delivery fee and don’t tell you who’s bringing it. Hopefully if you care, now you know.Mines been out for delivery for 45 minutes….It finally showed up. Just a pizza in a box with poppers, no bag no nothing.I will never order from here again.

Since I’ve moved by this location, Papa Johns has become my least favorite pizza. It’s simply gross. They don’t even melt the cheese all the way. Literally the last 10 times I’ve ordered… Once I ordered extra pepper Chilies, and whatever toppings. Didn’t get the right toppings, and had no pepper chilies. I called and asked to be sent a correct order, and they sent me a pizza with pepper chillies all the way around it, and a packet centered on the pizza that said “special seasoning.” I wish I would have gotten a Picture!

It took over 2 hours to receive our pizza and it was so cold the cheese was no longer melted.This is not what most people want in a pizza delivery place...over the years their quality has went down hill...I will never order here again!
