If I was able to give zero stars that is all they deserve. Placed an order over the phone for delivery and was told there was a 1.5 hour wait for delivery. After waiting 1.5 hours I placed a call to check on the order and was told that they tried calling to let me know they cancelled the order due to the address was one road out of their delivery zone and that it was a new employee that took the order so the order was cancelled causing me to figure out dinner at 8:30PM.
Called and got 2 Valentine Heart Pizzas for the kids, they said 20 mintues, 1 hour later we were still waiting at the store, got our 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings and We didn't get ranch for either wing order nor did we get the sauce for the pizza, the pizza was cold and the wings were sauceless, we ended up throwing everything in the trash

I always liked Papa John's Pizza. It was never the best pizza out there, but it was good and I loved the garlic butter. I had read that the Papa's company had declined, but I had a gift card so I gave it a try. I was greeted warmly by the store person and my order was ready on time. The pizza was very ordinary and they quit adding the garlic butter container in the pizza box. There are tons of places in Fort Myers to buy pizza. Choose one of them over Papa's.
