Papa John's in Fort Myers

“I just want to start by saying this Papa John’s not only fixed a messed up order, but Ian went absolutely above and beyond handling the situation at the highest level of professionalism I’ve ever seen from any pizza franchise. Even though I had to pick it up, my friend went and got it done, and the way everything was handled truly deserves recognition. Great customer service like this is hard to find nowadays.“

“I was just picking up, there's no seating in there other than just a chair to sit down and wait for your food to be brought to the counter. But mine was already ready, they were very pleasant and I wished them a happy Independence Day!“

“Walked in to place and order at 9PM. It seemed to be very busy with pick up orders and it looked short staffed. A gentleman named Josh apologized for the wait and took my order professionally and tentatively. Even though it seemed he was juggling 4 jobs at once he was patient, diligent, and had a very positive attitude. I waited outside for my order to be ready and came back in a little early to wait. Again, Josh hard at work tackling everything with care and courtesy. In the midst of the rush he came over and asked if myself and another gentleman wanted a water while we wait…. This type of customer service completely outweighs what I expect from a Papa John’s. My order was perfect. I asked Josh if he was the manager, I assumed the customer service and care was because of this. He said no and he has only been there for some short time. Well to me, it looked like he was running the place. It would make a lot more sense if I knew Josh, or if this review was purely bias…. but no… I was that impressed by him that I felt compelled to share my experience. I truly hope that his work performance and core value traits get the recognition it deserves.“

“We have ordered twice from here since we recently moved to the area and both times the pizza was right out of the oven in perfect condition. Everything was perfectly placed on both pizzas and all add ons (garlic sauce;pepper) were there.
Keep the quality and managers take note, they are doing great, thank you for putting the time for our pizzas 🍕👏😉!!!!“
