“I had a previous bad experience, and honestly the biggest annoyance was DoorDash - Junior the manager called after I left a review regarding the subpar food, and terrible interaction with doordash.
They wanted to fix it! They wanted it better! I had to give props, but had no intention of ordering pizza again anytime soon.
Sorry it took me so long to get back to yall, but sincerely,
THANK YOU.
You listened to my concerns. You made me feel like a valued customer. Businesses can have a bad day, or in this case make changes to make more people happy!
Again, Thank you! Food arrived at a perfect temperature, the driver, John, was kind enough to put them on the counter for me (super helpful) as its my daughter's birthday party today.
Hope yall enjoy the cupcakes 😂
And thanks, again.
Well see yall again, soon.“
“There’s something about the taste of Papa John’s pizza that keeps me coming back. It’s that perfect blend of the slightly sweet sauce, the chewy crust, and the signature garlic butter on the side—it just hits the spot every time.
Whether we’re grabbing a quick dinner or planning a laid-back movie night at home, Papa John’s is always a solid choice. The pizza arrives hot, fresh, and just the way we ordered it. And when you dip that crust in the garlic sauce? Game over.
Simple, reliable, and delicious—what more could you want from a pizza night?“
“Dakota was super nice and welcoming, and had amazing energy when I first walked in and I know that seems small but he just had the biggest smile looked like he was just happy to be alive lol and I feel like you don’t see that any more in food customer service anymore so big shout to him ((:“
“As someone who grew up on big papis I have been seriously frustrated with this store. The pizza is inconsistent and I always order an extra sauce cup and get it maybe 2 out of every 10 deliveries. I complained one time via feedback and the manager reached out and a free sauce cup showed up on my app and cool whatever, I am always going to order papa johns so it just is what it is. It's like .75 cents so not a big deal aside from the principle of ordering something over and over again and never getting it..GR
With that being said tonight I ordered what I always do, stuffed crust cheese pizza and extra sauce cup. Rather than it coming regular stuffed crust, it came with the special pepperoni stuffed crust and we had guests over who don't eat pork. And of course we didn't get the extra sauce. Not the end of the world but a bit awkward
With that being said, the young man who answered my call to the store to see about a fix was so polite and accommodating. I had asked for the manager Zach (who's name I only know because he had emailed me regarding the prior sauce issue which is so stupid I KNOW) but he was off which I note because I want the store to know how well the person who did take the call handled the situation. It took about 5 minutes to even get him on the phone so I KNOW they were either understaffed or busy and wouldn't be surprised if he was a one man show as a lot of chain/fast food restaurants currently are. Point being - not every bad experience has to be a bad review. Thank you to the worker who resolve the issue, the new pizza was perfectly cooked and tasty and with the correct number of sauce cups! I really appreciate you all remaking and redelivering the order rather than a store credit or whatever and am impressed with the employee I spoke withs attitude and assistance on the phone and quick re-delivery. Top notch. anyways I'm partially writing this as praise but also as a reminder to stop forgetting sauce cups! thanks for taking care of us tonight - PJ4EVA!“
