Not exactly awesome. Pizza is good but it took about 2 hours to get to me and when he got here the driver called me from outside and told me to come get my pizza.

Ordered on the app at 11:40pm or so, called the store at 12:57pm to see where my order was. he said that it left the store 5 minutes ago because he didn't have a driver. He said it would be here in 10 minutes. she came in at 1:22pm being very rude .

We ordered delivery rather than visiting the location. I ordered a pizza and then I decided since it was a delivery I would add calzone bites to make sure the order was at least big enough for delivery waited 45 minutes. The only thing that shows up the calzone bites I explained to the driver that there should’ve been a pizza. Also, she called her manager, who was very irate told me he was too busy to help me and hung up on me. I called back to see if we could resolve the problem. The only thing they kept telling me is this is all we see on our system that’s not my problem I would not recommend this place to anyone. They did a terrible job and they took a long time

Ordered the new Epic Calzone pizza, supposed to have a Ricatta blend with cheese stuffed crust. It didn't seem to have the Ricatta blend just normal stuffed crust. Very disappointing.

This is the worst Papa Johns EVER!! Ordered from the app and never got the order. I then went to go call the Papa Johns and I was put on their advertising music for more than 30 minutes. You guys suck, we will never order from you guys again! Thank you guys.

if I could give -100 stars I would , after the pizza being an hour late . the driver finally called and said he was taken 30 mins out of the way. even tho there is no other street with my streets name . i called the manager 4x no compensation. and then when 2 hours passed they claimed they delivered it . but nothing arrived. DO NOT PAY WITH CARD . they will steal your $$$!.the driver sounded like a drug addict and couldn't figure out the gps. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CATASTROPHE. 1000% don't recommend at all!!!!I added the email they sent that claimed They delivered it but nothing Arrived !

Absolutely terrible service. Couldn't even get the phone number right even though all information was updated on the system prior to ordering. Driver apparently incompetent when using gps to find an address. What makes it worse is we are the only apartment in our complex to be extremely lit up and easy to find and the driver still couldn't find it. Find some other place to go for pizza. These people apparently don't care!

I must say that most fast food pizza places can often be a little bit of a gamble, but this one has proven to be consistent for me over the years. My most recent experience was I ordered a few pizzas for a good amount of people and they had them hot and ready very quickly! The staff was kind and courteous and this was near lunchtime. Thank you for the great service!

The pizza was good and as we ordered. Delivery was within the specified time. If they are longer it’s free. I say to order online.
Our order never got deprived and we could not reach out to the store. We would’ve been understanding if we could get a hold of someone, but we could not. We did not tip online because we had a $20 cash tip waiting so not if that effected our prefer delivery, but that’s not an excuse.

So I made a call for delivery. I ordered a dorito chicken ranch papadia. They said the order will be delivered in about 20 to 25 minutes. We'll 1 hour later I received my order. It wasn't quite what I ordered and where is quality control? How disappointing ??

I ordered a super Hawaiian pizza with extra pineapple plus extra garlic sauce and wanted it to be well done .it came not well done the cheese was not melted and one of the garlic sauce was opened and spilled all over in the box and no extra pineapples.l will never go back to the fiddlestick papa John's again.i should have read their reviews before ordering.
