Love coming in and talking to the manager while ordering my pizza, he definitely gets right to business. Remembered my order in just two days, always perfect. depending on your personality I guess I can see why some people may clash, all they’re trying to do is get to the business and get you a pizza. It’ll always be done right, but do bear in mind it’s still the first month or so since they moved to that location, take it easy y’all.
I've been to many Papa John's pizza stores. The manager (Seth) at this location, needs to be acknowledged for his outstanding customer service. Always friendly and professional! It's rare to find good employees these days. I've worked for this company some years back and I appreciate everything they do. Thank You Seth for always making my visit a 5 start experience!
The store location is great! They have a great team, quick. My issue is that the call center is outrageous, prices are not what they are online and they continue to ask you "would you like this and this" verse listening to the customer for what they actually want. It's a constant stop and start because your call center is trying to force words/other items on your order. If they just stopped and listen maybe more items would be ordered.
