Amazing vibe!
We love our new winter home at Paseo! The grounds are impeccable all the time and the staff is incredible! The tiki bar and pool area is like being at an exclusive resort. Paseo Ft Myers is definitely one of the best places to live, bar none.

As condo owners here, PASEO is an 1,150 doors development currently undergoing extensive updates as the result of winning multiple lawsuits from shoddy construction practices when first developed in 2007. This ongoing, first class, expert renovation has resulted in some disruption of this wonderfully appointed and vibrant community, but has not dampened the appreciation of members and renters living within this gated community close to nearby shopping in Fort Myers and route 75.Ammenities include single family homes & condos, pools, tennis, pickle ball, & basketball courts, freshwater fishing, outdoor tiki hut bar, restaurant & reception spaces, spa, indoor gym, library, movie theater, and well illuminated brick sidewalks throughout.There's more info. and pix at the PASEO website: www.mypaseo.life
I recently visited an incredibly marvelous community where I had the pleasure of spending time with a dear friend. The ambiance was truly remarkable, and I must say, the amenities were nothing short of exceptional. I eagerly took advantage of the exquisitely inviting pool, basking in its refreshing waters. The Tiki Bar, a hidden gem within this glorious establishment, proved to be a delightful treat, offering an oasis of relaxation and enjoyment. As I immersed myself in the vibrant atmosphere, I couldn't help but envision what it would be like to call this place home. The stunning surroundings, coupled with the vibrant energy of the community, made it abundantly clear that this would be an extraordinary place to live. ?
