We love our new winter home at Paseo! The grounds are impeccable all the time and the staff is incredible! The tiki bar and pool area is like being at an exclusive resort. Paseo Ft Myers is definitely one of the best places to live, bar none.

As condo owners here, PASEO is an 1,150 doors development currently undergoing extensive updates as the result of winning multiple lawsuits from shoddy construction practices when first developed in 2007. This ongoing, first class, expert renovation has resulted in some disruption of this wonderfully appointed and vibrant community, but has not dampened the appreciation of members and renters living within this gated community close to nearby shopping in Fort Myers and route 75.Ammenities include single family homes & condos, pools, tennis, pickle ball, & basketball courts, freshwater fishing, outdoor tiki hut bar, restaurant & reception spaces, spa, indoor gym, library, movie theater, and well illuminated brick sidewalks throughout.There's more info. and pix at the PASEO website: www.mypaseo.life

I recently visited an incredibly marvelous community where I had the pleasure of spending time with a dear friend. The ambiance was truly remarkable, and I must say, the amenities were nothing short of exceptional. I eagerly took advantage of the exquisitely inviting pool, basking in its refreshing waters. The Tiki Bar, a hidden gem within this glorious establishment, proved to be a delightful treat, offering an oasis of relaxation and enjoyment. As I immersed myself in the vibrant atmosphere, I couldn't help but envision what it would be like to call this place home. The stunning surroundings, coupled with the vibrant energy of the community, made it abundantly clear that this would be an extraordinary place to live. ?

so glad i bought this place back about 5 years ago. one of my best moves ever !!!
The Tiki Bar is connected to the pool that is for members only. We have been vacationing in the community for a week, and have visited the pool area 4 times. Signs say no coolers allowed, but every day that we've been here, everyone has had a cooler and nobody has said anything. Today our group was targeted because we are the youngest people here (in our 20s). We were told to get rid of our cooler, and that if we consume anything from it, we would be asked to leave the amenities. After this conversation, we looked around and saw at least 2 other coolers, but staff did nothing about it. I definitely do not recommend this place if you are young, because they only care about the old, rich people that live here.

A rather ironic name. "Paseo" is the Spanish word for taking a walk through a street. This sprawling community is very much unwalkable. It is treated as a recreational activity instead of a means of transport.

BEST community in Fort Myers, or Florida as far as I'm concerned. The pool is absolutely beautiful. The landscape is like paradise. Also has a tiki bar open from Wednesday to Sunday and their food is always updated and upgraded and is really good.There is also a lap pool and kiddie pool and hot tub. This place truly is paradise.

Wonderful stay. Our biggest concern is the low water pressure. Showers were extremely low pressure. We often showered at the pool. It is a shame to see all the roofs in need if repair. The lap pool at times was cloudy. Cold and dirty
