First time here in over 4 years and the service was horrible. There wasn't any customers behind or ahead of me so I didn't understand the rush. I'm literally trying to read the menu and they're pushing for me to order. I ordered a create your own bowl and have no idea what toppings I could add amd they're rushing me. I then say cheddar and he adds feta cheese, he didn't bother taking it off. Then says "oh I thought you said cheddar" uh that's exactly what I said so why would you add feta? 🤔 Didn't remove it at all. Then I ask for sour cream on the side, sure enough they forgot to give it to me. My brother gets off to ask for it and they tried charging him for it, thankfully the other guy said don't worry about it. Last time visiting this place. It's no wonder that place doesn't have much business.

Yeaaaa it's really bland. The grilled chicken is a bit overcooked. I wasn't ready to finalize my food because I went to the restroom
..then they packaged it without checking to see if the items i wanted like onions or beans can be added...(i hate beans) so I just threw it away

We just had Patinella’s Chicken Grill in Fort Myers cater a party of 50 for us. They were amazing!!! The staff did a great job making sure we got exactly what we wanted for our buffet style catering order. The food arrived on time, fresh & hot. The delivery driver was professional and very helpful. Everyone at our party loved the chicken, rice, fresh vegetables, toppings and sides we ordered. We will definitely cater with Patinella’s again…it was a fantastic experience !!!

Ok, what happened to this place. I also went there often and now a tiny Childs gyro bowl cost me $12 after taxes without a drink. Just 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 cup of meat, lettuce and tomato $12!!! No No.. go to Chipolte get triple the food for less money. Never again.

Many different options to choose from. You can get a bowl with rice and chicken with many varieties of toppings. I really like their Mexican Bowl! It's always my go-to! Been here multiple times and it never gets old due to having so many options.

Decent food, the staff look like they hate their job or life, either way, you're not getting a smile? I suggest you ask for any dressing or condiments on the side.?

A friend of mine let me sample her Greek salad with extra meat. It was so delicious, a few friends and I decided to visit for lunch. They each had the same salad and I had the classic gyro. All of us loved our food. There was a lot of meat in the gyro and the tzatziki sauce was very delicious. I had the sweet potatoes as a side and they were also very good. The service was good and the lady helped us because it was our first time there. We're glad we went just before noon because it got packed. However, the line moved quickly. We'll definitely return for another brunch break.

This place got too expensive and went downhill, the worker rudely let me know in line that they were charging me for extra tomato and lettuce, and I didn’t ask for extra. They want to charge extra for a normal amount of toppings, and barely wants to give you anything on my bowl, it’s already so expensive this place and they charge an unnecessary credit card fee. Might have to stop coming here or go to a different location, been coming here since they opened never been treated like this over lettuce and tomato on my bowl. Especially since I’m a loyal a tipping customer…might be going to jersey mikes for lunch next door more often now

You need to go there, try, taste, and be convinced. The best on grills ? chicken around. With 3 locations, the name said all. Patinellas restorant and the crew a +. The employed at the month ! 18 consecutive times. Ask for the best combinations of food.
