PDQ Ft. Myers: Cleveland Ave.

Thank you so much to PDQ for making things right with my order! I was in a foul mood and asked for extra honey mustard sauce — it’s one of the main reasons I go to PDQ. When I got home and realized I only had two sauces for nine tenders, I was honestly so disappointed.

I went back, and the manager was incredibly accommodating. She didn’t just fix the sauce issue — she remade all of the food so it would be hot and fresh. Even though I was a bit huffy, she was kind, patient, and absolutely delightful.

My parents wanted to go to Capital Grille, and I chose PDQ over Capital Grille — that’s how much I love this place. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back. Thank you for the great customer service and for turning my day around!

Sarah greeted me right away with a smile, waited patiently while I looked at the menu, was polite, helpful, and considerate. I was impressed because most people her age don't care. She did. Shw deserves a raise. Make her a trainer. No, I am not a relative or friend of hers.

I usually get a very good chicken salad. It big, lots of chicken and shredded cheese. Today? No. I got a container of lettuce, approx 10 slivers of shredded cheese and a few small pieces of grilled chicken. Normally good but off today

Wow worst service ever pulled upto drive thru window waited 10 minutes no one came to take order honked horn ans all the staff acted like they were busy will never return, when you go out of business message us we will be interested in the land.
