I can’t even imagine this place without Kristy . I have eaten in places like this all around the world and I can say without a doubt she absolutely loves what she does and it shows in her customer service . She has an enormous amount of great energy that she openly shares with all of her customers. I felt at one point she was reading me mind and ask her “ how do you do that ?!” Kristy “ 30 years of serving people and observing them from the moment they walk in to make sure I give them the best experience they can have “. Quaint little place that offers a taste of Philadelphia! I just had the Spicy Italian sausage with peppers and onion with provolone. 👨🏻🍳🤌🏻 The best I had in Ft MYERS. The Person at the front desk was courteous and she even asked how my morning was going. Very polite and engaging in small talk. Very informative about what was there best hoagies. Definitely will be back to try their cheesesteak! Always great to try out a mom and pops place in town that has good food.

I asked for two Philly Cheesesteak Bombs that supposedly came with mushrooms, onions, peppers, and more, and they gave me a regular one with just cheese and onions. It didn't taste good. I don't recommend them.

Being from Philly, I was very disappointed! All i tasted was nasty onion ( and I like onion). I paid for extra cheese and did not get it. They need to stop using the Philly name! They use to be good but the last few time I ate there it was gross. I thought I would give the a nother chance but I will not do that again.

All around, one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. Kind staff, willing to do extra for us to get exactly what we want, and it was also fast, shoutout to Kristi, very kind lady. The atmosphere is only a four simply due to the fact everything's white and due to being off-season, not much besides music going on. All in all, I think I'll be eating here at least three to four times a month.

First time at this place heard it’s been there 25 years. I ordered a steak bomb and a full basket of onion rings. The onion rings were very flavorful. Great crisp to it. Definitely a repeat item. The cheesesteak was full of flavor. The roll was soft The only thing I can say is I feel it was missing the mushrooms and it did not come with the pepperoni. That is why I gave it. Four stars and not five mistakes do happen so I’ll just equate to that.. the server/counter person couldn’t have been more friendlier and happy and energetic. I will be back.

Philly cheesesteak was gross. Years ago this place was awesome....haven't been here in awhile but had a hankering for a good philly. Never again. The meat was very pale in color, total pile of mush, no seasoning on philly or the fries. Best thing was the birch beer. Won't be going back.
