Pho Fresh Fort Myers

I’m giving this place 1 star because I’ve been trying to order from them for months with no luck. Their phone number seems to not work most of the time, it’s often disconnected or they simply never answer. I honestly don’t understand why they have a phone number listed if customers can’t reach them.

I’ve lived in the area for a while and have been looking for a close-to-home pho spot. When I first found this place, I called to place an order and the line was disconnected. I didn’t think much of it at the time, so I tried again another day, still no answer. The third time, I decided to go in person and there was a sign saying they were closed for a period of time, which is understandable.

However, today I tried calling again and once again no one answered. Their hours say they’re open until 8 PM, and I called at 6:30 PM, so they should have been open. I’ve also tried reaching them at different times and on different days, but I can never get through.

The food may be great, but the business operations are really disappointing. They are definitely losing customers this way. I’m willing to update my review once I’m actually able to try the food, but right now it’s been a frustrating experience.

Came here 6 years ago and it was amazing back then… went here again just recently and idk if it’s under new ownership or a new chef or what but it is not at all the same or anywhere near as it was. The broth for the pho was bland and without flavor and color that pho traditionally has as well as they don’t even have many of the traditional meats and ingredients. Also the soup and noodles and additions weren’t as plentiful as it is at most pho restaurants I’ve had and or Vietnamese people I know who make this. I am being polite giving it 2 stars imho but the food wasn’t bad it just wasn’t good. Won’t be back sorry.
PS the shrimp spring roll was ok but the sauce was runny and there was barely any shrimp in the roll just a tiny little amount of them.

We got the beef pho, chicken spring rolls and pork egg rolls. Everything was fresh and super yummy. The prices are great too. Definitely will be coming back:)

A small but clean, and fresh looking restaurant.? Food was absolutely mouthwateringly good. ? ? we ordered their pho, and I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was that good. Also had their tofu spring rolls, which were incredible as well.
