The service was exceptional! We were served by a blonde girl with two braids—I'm not entirely sure of her name, but I think it might have been Megan. Regardless, she did a fantastic job. We had a large group as my family was coming into town, and we decided to have dinner there. We enjoyed some delicious mangrove snapper, which was perfectly seasoned and tasted amazing. Whenever we needed another drink, our server, who was also bartending, was quick to assist us and did a fantastic job. The restaurant seated us in a lovely area with a beautiful view. It wasn't too loud, which made for a very enjoyable experience. We truly appreciated the space and the excellent service. We will definitely be coming back!
Once AGAIN TERRIBLE! Food marginal at best. Service slow. Nikki best thing about it she was so nice. They brought out our salads and IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT ENTREES that were awful. We were holding hands saying out prayer and they just started saying who gets what and setting food down. Had to ask them to remove dirty dishes. We had asked for the large table in corner of porch and were told we only had six and had to have seven so it sat there empty … just in case! Ordered chocolate cake & left it!! TERRIBLE!! NEVER AGAIN & we live one mile away and eat out almost every meal!!! Wish they had negative rating choices!!! There are much much better seafood restaurants here to choose from!!

Beautifully located with an outside deck directly on the river. Super fresh and excellently prepared seafood! Very nice staff. Absolutely recommended - especially at sunset hour. The beer from the local Ft. Myers Brewery called “High Five” is also highly recommended.

Nice place, nice staff, but sadly multiple things we got were overcooked. Not used to pinchers overcooking crab like that. This has been the only location to do this.

Pinchers food used to be good and consistent but they must have a different cook. I always ordered the baked beans and garlic mashed potatoes with a crab cake or shrimp. The baked beans were not the same at all. They tasted like they had liquid smoke in them instead of the traditional baked beans. The garlic mashed potatoes were golden brown on top looking burned with old bay spice on them. I couldn’t eat them at all. The waitress said they do look burned and exchanged for some green beans for me. The waitresses are always very nice and I know they aren’t the cooks. It will be awhile before I return.
