Pinocchios Original Italian Ice Cream

Fantastic experience here! Generous portions and kind service is absolutely true! We did not catch the name of the server who helped us, but she was extremely kind, patient , helpful and deserves all the praise! Kind brunette girl.

Pinocchios Italian ice cream has the most delicious flavors of the area! They have so many flavors for everyone's taste. And the servings are really big. Im coming back every time I can, I live in Lehigh, but it's worth the trip.

We came here with our son, who is Anaphylaxis to peanuts *hoping* this wouldn’t be another “sorry bud, we have to go somewhere else” situation. They went above and beyond to make sure he could safely eat his treat! They used a freshly sanitized scooper and went to the back to make sure to use an unopened ice cream container for his ice cream (& mine) just to be extra cautious. It was delicious, the workers and manager were more than accommodating!! Highly recommend!

Best ice cream on the planet!

The ice cream was really delicious and the young lady with the glasses was soo sweet helping me and my family pick flavors, etc...... I had to ask if this was part of the original Pinocchios in Sanibel. I used to take my now 25 & 20 year old there, it was always great and homey.

Excellent service from the staff. Deep was extremely helpful and the experience was great. Very hospitable and friendly. Will definitely be coming back again!

Awesome ice cream, gelato and more

We are on a girls weekend trip, we came across Pinocchio's Original Italian Ice Cream on our first night and it was so delicious that we had to go back on our second night. Our dinner plans ran over and we pulled in to Pinocchio's at 9:02pm. We were greeted by the sweetest employees Maddy & Talon. They let the five of us in and served us with a smile! We were in and out in less than 5 or so minutes. They made our night!! We made sure to tip well! We likely will go back for our third and final night on the island!

Absolutely delicious Ice Cream shop! Kendall helped us and was a ray of sunshine!! Highly recommend 😃❤️🍦

Absolutely delicious AND cost effective! We ordered sanibel Krunch, cookie butter, cookies & cream, and gator stew. The cookie butter ice cream was hands down a top five ice cream of all time for me and my husband. Will be my new go-to ice cream joint in Fort Myers!
