We went to this location for breadsticks well before close. They told us they had no breadsticks. That is a Pizza Hut staple! Seriously get it together.

3 orders in a row have been messed up! I love Pizza Hut, but OMG this one is so annoying..... Tonight, we ordered 2 medium pizzas with original pan style crust. Pizzas were fine, but with garlic butter crust. Not a big deal, but some people have allergies...I called because we like original and the girl said, “Yeah, we got really busy so we just put garlic butter on everything because we were confused.” Whatever.... 2 weeks ago, I ordered my same pizza online using my reward points and they didn’t have a driver so they called and told me I had to pick it up....ugh! Fine! I sent my boyfriend (my fault for not telling him what I ordered) and I got 4 chicken Alfredo pastas??? I called and they said, “You’re pizza is ready if you want to come back and get it.” No, I didn’t want to go in the first place!!! P.S. I lost my rewards points and they did nothing about it. A few months ago I ordered my normal pizza, Veggie Lover’s with original pan crust and they didn’t put any mushrooms or green peppers on it. So, again, I called, “We’re out of those toppings.” Then call me and tell me!!! WTH. I would have ordered something else or nothing at all. But, for real though....who runs this place?
