For how expensive Pizza Hut pizza is, you’d think they make sure to send you the right order. I waited fifty minutes for my food, and it wasn’t even delivered by Pizza Hut. They sent a Door Dash delivery person, who gave me the wrong order. When I called the store, they hesitated then finally offered to remake it but that it would be nearly an hour for delivery. This is the third time that this mix up has happened and I’m just no longer supporting it.

Clean, pizza is always fresh and hot, deals are excellent - offering deals no matter the size of your dinner party. You can always find something that will work. That helps out so much especially. We choose Pizza Hut because the quality of our pizza is great - tastes the way pizza should taste not like a lot of other pizza establishments out there. The customer service is excellent, they go above and beyond, which is why I refuse to go anywhere else no matter the deals other companies offer. Very Clean, excellent customer service and great tasting pizza! This is the Pizza Hut located In the Publix shopping center on Summerlin in Fort Myers, Florida. Brian is the manager and cares about his customers. Customer service like that is hard to find these days.
Parking: They do not offer curb service. Plenty of parking available.

The staff here was so awesome, it was my best Pizza Hut experience ever. They had an air bubble in the dough on my custom ordered pizza and it looked "ugly" but nothing was wrong with it. They made me another and gave me the ugly pizza for free. They were super apologetic for the wait and tried everything to "make me happy" - even though I would have accepted the original pizza and wasn't upset at all. They made conversation and joked around to make me comfortable while waiting. It was just hands down one of my best restaurant experiences in the region and deserves kudos for being that darn cool.

I love Pizza Hut but was very disappointed with what I seen. I placed my order online and waited outside in the front. I could see everything going on in the kitchen from my view and I was disgusted. The lady on this shift was not wearing gloves!! She only used gloves to prep my order only because my husband went to tell her to please use gloves for our order. After prepping ours she immediately took them off and went about other orders with no gloves! Within the 20 mins I was there she was touching all the dough, utensils, kitchen appliances, and even ringing up people at the front counter with no proper sanitation procedures followed. Truly horrifying. I do want to note she at least was wearing a hair net and was polite. I did capture some photos while I was there to show all the areas she was at with no gloves.
Tiny store but everything was great. Not meant to eat in.
