I love Pizza Hut but was very disappointed with what I seen. I placed my order online and waited outside in the front. I could see everything going on in the kitchen from my view and I was disgusted. The lady on this shift was not wearing gloves!! She only used gloves to prep my order only because my husband went to tell her to please use gloves for our order. After prepping ours she immediately took them off and went about other orders with no gloves! Within the 20 mins I was there she was touching all the dough, utensils, kitchen appliances, and even ringing up people at the front counter with no proper sanitation procedures followed. Truly horrifying. I do want to note she at least was wearing a hair net and was polite. I did capture some photos while I was there to show all the areas she was at with no gloves.

Extremely disappointed. I was excited for a new Pizza Hut in the area, the first time I ordered a lg meat lovers pan pizza and when I got home the pizza was not cooked. I thought, ok maybe they forgot to turn the oven on.Second chance I order a triple treat box with a med super supreme pan pizza and med veggie lovers thin and crispy. I asked to please cook the crust well done. I get there for contactless curbside and ended up going inside. I check the pan pizza and it is once again undercooked. I asked them to cook it ore and the girl at the counter said they could not since it has already been cut. An older white gentleman was in the back yelling at everyone so I didn’t want to add to their problems. Got home and the thin and crispy is thin but the only crisp is the top edge of the pizza crust. My recommendation to save anyone time, money, and aggravation is to go next door and buy some pizza dough and just eat that; if you want a cooked crust, go ahead and throw it in the oven, because you will have to do the same with any pizza purchased here.
Excellent service and staff has been really nice at this new location. Food tastes great and is always on time. No complaints so far and we will just keep coming back for more.

GREAT PIZZA!!!!! My GO-TO now!!! I had gotten away for Pizza Hut in general long ago when they got so bad BUT discovered this new one a few weeks ago on Summerlin next to Jeremiah’s — and it’s the BEST pizza I’ve had in a long time!! Just had it delivered & it arrived fast HOT & CHEESY DELICIOUS!!! They also text confirmation when they get the order and with driver’s name when they’re on the way. The ppl who work there are soooo friendly too!!

Placed my order via the PH app. Got notifications saying it was received and cooking. Then got a notification that the order was cancelled!!! Called the store and was told that they couldn't find it in the system so they just cancelled it! Had to reorder and somehow ordering directly through the store costs more than going through the app. Now to wait and see if it actually shows up!
