If I could give a negative stars, I would. We had ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheesy breadsticks we received cheesy breadsticks and something that look like a pizza folded in half that was very hard the crust on it was nasty it tasted nasty it was not warm food at all The place was very dirty The employees did not look very clean themselves.

Pizza Hut has gone way down in quality. also, this the second review I’ve been asked by your company for the same visit !!! One star for the pizza is really pushing it. All of your competitors are way better in pizza than you. I used to enjoy your pizza. This was worse than terrible.

Normally I’m satisfied when I pick up but yesterday I was unable to so I opted for delivery. I was unaware they use door dash before 4pm. Long story short I never received my food but DoorDashed driver marked it as delivered hours later. One day later we’re still upset and pizzaless. I refuse to use DoorDash services.

Ordered online for pick up. The tracker is always on point. 15 mins later and my hut box was ready. I got the personal pan and honey bbq wings. It was hot and fresh. Definitely satisfied my craving. Customer service for the girls behind the counter was great!

I always come to this Pizza Hut and the employees are so kind and great! I always get great service and the pizza always comes out the way I want it too!! The manager, Chris, always has a smile on his face and definitely goes out of his way to make us have a pleasant experience here :)
