I always come to this Pizza Hut and the employees are so kind and great! I always get great service and the pizza always comes out the way I want it too!! The manager, Chris, always has a smile on his face and definitely goes out of his way to make us have a pleasant experience here :)

They don’t wear gloves while preparing food. One girl was on her phone put it back into her pocket and continued putting her hands on people’s food. Absolutely disgusting

Ordering online was easy. Paid when I picked up. Order was ready on time and payment was very quick and easy. Friendly staff
They have lost my order (or gave it to someone else 2x’s. Last night they had 45 minutes to make my order and when I arrived at the store they were just putting the pizza in the oven. So I had to wait another 15-20 minutes for me to have to remind them when the pizza was ready about my other items (wings and extra dipping sauce). They really need to get control of this store. The whole time I was waiting the staff was joking and playing around maybe if they focused on their job there wouldn’t have been so many errors.

The man cooking the pizzas was so nice, they had made a mistake and cut it traditionally so they made another one just for me cut into squares as I was taking it to a party. I didn't mind the short wait, I appreciated their honesty and wanting to do the job right. Couldn't have been happier and my neighbors wanted to know where I got it because it was so delicious! I'm very happy and love my local Pizza Hut and the Big New Yorker! Thank you to the kind cook that took good care of me!

***CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE***Few days ago I ordered for delivery..I tipped nice for what I got.. a dinner box and a 2 litter dr pepper. The guy handed me the pizza and I asked him if he has the drink too . He says 1 sec. So I wait as he completes the delivery and says "ok your all set" me thinking I didn't order a drink I go inside and before I get to my door the guys burns rubber down the street. I get my phone to seen if I ordered the drink..I did. Payed for it and everything...didn't get a refund or anything..it's just a 3 dollar 2litter soda but I just had to post this..let yall know this the type of people that are delivering your stuff.

Can’t stand ordering from this location. 90% of their drivers can’t read a simple English sentence. I always end up walking around the entire neighborhood chasing down my food after paying their ridiculous delivery fees.
Top of pizza was on lid of box. Hydraulic on delivery vehicles I guess.

Absolute worst!!! Took my money from an Uber eats order for a order that was made by accident and canceled right away in less than not even a min but they claimed to the Uber eats rep that the order was being made right away even though it was only a matter of seconds when it was put in!!!!! I not only obviously did not get the item but am robbed of the money for an item I didn't even receive!!! Highly highly disappointing!!!!!
