Staying at Day's Inn, ordered Papa John's. Pizza was delivered very quickly and was hot on arrival. The pizza was excellent as was the service!

I placed an online order bacause I know that for some reason this store may be understaffed. When I went to pick up my order it showed ready on the screen. I noticed that everyone was working their asses to the bones and that shows commitment. Unfortunately for one of the staff had a "Karen incident". Ms. Karen came in the store while four other customers (including myself) were waiting for our orders. She said "my husband been on hold for 10 minutes", the staff that took cared of this lady reply by saying "I do apologize for the inconvenience ma'am but unfortunately we're understaffed and we are trying our best". The reply by saying "well can you tell me husband that?" Like, they put your husband on hold for a reason and you want them to pick up the phone to tell him that? I mean you can do that yourself. Anyway the staff handled that well and professionally. Props to this team that is making sure that our orders are done as fast and accurately as possible. I hope you guys have a great day and don't worry, things will get better soon. I do appreciate your hard work.

I ordered 3 pizzas at 5:17pm and delivery estimation was 60-70 minutes. At 80 minutes I received notice pizza was on its way. 60 minutes later, still no pizza. I called the manager and he said he could put in a new order for us but it would be a 2 hour wait. I told him to cancel the order since I didn't want to pay more than $50 for pizza riding around in a car for more than an hour. I'm really disappointed since we love Pizza Hut!

It's my birthday nothing going right was sitting at the Er in Fort Myers . Planned to have a thin and crispy super supreme extra cheese. Ended up here. Had planned on sit down eating . So they had a table outside and decided that I would make the best it. I sat down outside. Then in a bit, out came a worker brought me my pizza. She announced Happy Birthday and that made my day!

This Pizza Hut is pretty consistent in friendly I appreciate the have the Purel stations or disinfecting your hands when you come in. I will come back for more pizza.

If I could give them less than 1 Star I would. I ordered a pepperoni pizza that never arrived. After 90 minutes I called them politely asked about it and the unqualified manager ensured it was on its way. 45 minutes later, I had to call back. The employees used swear words at me. Just a classless place. I would not trust their pizza. Will NEVER call them again. They are trash!

Terrible service and food, they were handing food with bare hands, lady would ring someone up at the register, go straight back to the kitchen and start handling food. Would not recommend, place doesn't even smell like pizza...

This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut ever! I ordered last night two pizzas and wings, the one pizza was not as ordered it had all kinds of things we did not order on it. We do not eat anything hot and the wings were hot with hot sauce. When I called after realize they did not deliver what we ordered. No one answered, we put the food in the refrigerator called him the next day they said that I would have to bring the food back to them. Then I reminded them that they could come pick it up and they refused to give me a refund And the stuff we did not order. I will never order from Pizza Hut not because of what happened but how I was treated by the local manager. Even one star is too high for these people know customer service rude staff

Wow! Terrible food AND service! That combination is an epic fail for a business. Never ever ever again ordering from these pigs. Just saying this to prevent another catastrophic incident for whiever reads this.
Pretty terrible...I literally ordered the pizza well done... I got the pizza super flimsy. I could only stomach one piece before throwing the whole pizza away. Not to mention it took an hour for delivery.
