Pizza hut doesn't give a hoot about their customers or employees. They use door dash when there's no available drivers because they rather have horrible service than hire more people.

Wow my pizza was like biting a piece of cardboard! Omg! Hard as a rock. The wings which weren’t wings but nuggets were so dried out. No one would eat anything after one bite. Threw it away. What a waste of money! Won’t go back there again!

Garlic bread sticks overcooked. Returned it and waited for new ones. Asked them to pull them earlier, but they came out exactly like the ones I returned.

Ordered food using the Pizza Hut app, food never arrived, contacted store 7 minutes past delivery time and was informed it was sent with door dash delivery, 20 minutes later contacted store again still with no food delivered. Store manager was apologetic and stated an issue with delivery driver previously but still no food, no credit and left hungry and unsure if I paid for the food the delivery driver must have enjoyed. Don’t use the app if you expect to eat 😀 it seemed they used to be 30 minutes fast or free now it should be changed to you pay and the delivery driver eats for free. Just saying… this is unresolved. Put my food in the drone, I don’t think it would eat my pizza, lol. App is deleted and it won’t get a second chance to earn my business again. We like Pizza Hut and our local store seem to have friendly staff but when you just finish a long week and want to chill out with you za, don’t use the app and expect it to work like most apps do.

Go to the target pizza over this one. I had not gone to pizza hut for over 10 years because of this location. I thought all pizza huts had declined to the quality of this one. Tried different location enjoyed it. Then tried this local one again. They gave me a poorly made hand toss instead of pan. Tried again recently since and still poor. But the target one must have better control

I was given a pizza that I believe was previously baked and set aside. They then threw some minimal toppings on it and baked it again ! The worst pizza I have ever had ! We had one piece each and threw the rest out. It just didn't taste right. Too bad. I have always had good pizzas here in the past.
